Off to the Magic KingdomToday we return to the Magic Kingdom for our last Disney park and to hit Early Entry. Kristen was tired this morning, so she decided to sleep in while I took the girls to the MK. We got down to the bus about 7:10, and waited until after 7:30 for it to arrive. And surprise - it was already really full. We lucked out and made it on but many were left behind with the promise of another bus being on the way.

Move it Dad, we have to get there first!Brinn and I had to stand on the way to the park, but we survived our first thrill ride of the day! We found a great spot on the wall with a nice view of the opening show. We figured we'd watch this today since we missed it the first couple times. As the park opened, we headed inside with a mass of guests there from the resorts. The girls wanted to hit Fantasyland first so we did Peter Pan, Snow White, Pooh and then over to the Indy cars. We had to wait about 20 minutes, but Brinn really wanted to do these again. 8 slots were open so the line was moving fairly quickly.

Dad's big fear - the girls learning to drive!!!We had a nice race around the track and then headed onward to Space Mountain. Only a 20 minute wait and we decided to jump in line. Even BRINN decided to go this time. She wanted to chicken out several times, but finally decided to try it again. !!! yea!!

We plopped her in the middle seat and I had to hold both her shoulders all the way through the ride. When it was done she was smiles and said she liked it. On the way out I grabbed fast passes to use later so Kristen could ride with the girls again later. I'd have to pass because we could only get 3 fast passes since Kristen was not yet in the park.

Dad's big fear - the girls learning to drive!!!After space we went over to ride Buzz. About 10 minutes wait at most, and then Maddy and Brinn rode together with me behind them. I did lousy! Only a couple hundred thousand points for me this time! ;-)

After that it was 9am so we headed out of Tommorowland and over to Frontierland. We stopped on the way since the first showing of Cinderellabration was about to begin. We waited for that to start and it was mighty hot in he full sun. We survived and the show soon started. The girls love it but I could easily take it or leave it.

Captain Jack puts on a show

Kristen called while we were waiting for the show and she was on her way. She'd have to stop at Guest Services to get a new Annual Pass since I had her old one. Oops! :) She had no problem doing this and met us in Frontierland so we could all ride Big Thunder together. The standby line was only about 15 minutes so we jumped in. We took our last Big Thunder ride and then headed on back for Pirates of the Caribbean. Brinn was FINE this time since she knew the drop was not a large one! LONG line at least 30 minutes long. Then it was off to Space Mountain Fastpass time. The girls continued on to Space Mountain while I stopped on Main Street to do some looking around in the nice air-conditioned stores! :-)

We met back up at the Crystal Palace that was incredibly busy. I think they were just finishing up breakfast so they had the whole lunch crowd waiting. We finally got inside and were very glad to be seated next to the A/C vents. VERY cool, and very much needed on this hot day! The characters were great as always and the food even better! Yum! We saw Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet - the girls had a blast! :-)

Kristen and Eeyore - her favorite! After lunch we decided to head back, but stopped off in the Main Street Barber shop. Maddy wanted a haircut and colored Gel, and Brinn wanted JUST the gel today. There was a line of others but we decided to wait. The Barbershop Quartet was playing when we arrived, but they soon headed out. We talked to the other customers and found that once family (also with We got new hats!two little girls) were from our home town! (Well, within 15 minutes!) We even knew some of the same people so it was fun chatting and watching the kids (and adults) get their hair cut/styled.

And had our names put on them!It ended up with ALL of us getting something in our hair - the stylist would have it no other way! ;-) I even let them put the gel and pixie dust in my hair to fix my hat head! :-D Guess that ends all the 'Clown Boy' jokes on you MikeS! ;-) I've joined the league of clown boys and the toughest part was the fact that we were heading over to Epcot for the evening! I was disallowed from taking a shower before we went to Epcot, but it was fun TRYING to before we headed over. No pool or nap time today! Can't do either with Gel heads! ;-) We all got lots of looks, laughs and questions - but it was fun and I'd do it again… maybe. :-D

Genie, Jasmine and AladdinWe headed right into World Showcase from the International Gateway tonight. We hit France, Morocco, Japan and the American pavilions tonight. This allowed the girls to get all their country stamps and the certification of completion. 

Bjorn Again! A tribute to ABBAWhile in Morocco we waited a bit to see Jasmine, Aladdin and Genie. I've NEVER seen such a slow moving line but we eventually made it after the characters returned from break. After finishing up all our target countries it was time to think about getting something to eat.

Tonight was supposed to be Japan for dinner, but we decided to cancel that since none of us were really hungry for a big meal. A bit disappointing since I was looking forward to this one, but there will be another time! We ended up grabbing a bite at the American pavilion where I'm embarrassed to say I didn't even KNOW they had a big counter service area! :-O It was quick, easy and good. And again too much food we were learning to just leave behind. Exploding just isn't a good option! ;-)

As we left dinner Bjorn Again was starting to play in the American Theatre area. They do a tribute to ABBA, and we sat to listen to them for a while. It was a fun show, and we stayed for most of it before moving on. We have to check out tomorrow, so its back to the room for a bit of packing, and then off to bed after some more resort shopping and lounging in the room. Its been another wonderful stay here at WDW and the Beach Club Villas. Tomorrow we will finish off our Meal Plan with Breakfast with Goofy and the gang at the Cape May Café.
