We woke up and finished packing everything up for the trip back to WDW. It didn’t take too long and soon we were carrying everything down to the car. I had to stop at the desk to checkout and get my bill. I found out that express checkout seems to have a glitch when you link a points and cash reservation. It somehow forgets to print a bill on your final day. The CM said you could get around this problem by calling down your last night and asking about express checkout and making sure it is on your account.

So, off to the garage under the resort and on our way. We said our goodbyes to Vero and a couple hours later we were back on WDW property again. We had stopped for a few more groceries and arrived at the Beach Club villas around noon. Our room was not ready, but we expected that. We had worn our swim clothes and after checking the bags we went to Stormalong Bay. We first checked in at Beaches and Cream and got our names on a 40 minute waiting list. With beeper in hand we then went into the pool area to use up some of our time. We got towels and found some chairs to call home. Then jumped in the pool to cool off.

It wasn’t too crowded, but stil there were a lot of people around. The pool here is so large that only certain spots ever seem crowded. We swam for almost 30 minutes and then got out to dry off a bit and wait for our turn in Beaches and Cream. It wasn’t oo long and our beeper went off. We were seated at the counter, and it was actually fun being up there. We could see everything that was going on and chatted with several of the waitresses, cooks and ice cream makers.

The food was excellent as always. I had the chicken sandwich and Kristen the Roast Beef. The girls had grilled cheese. Then for desserts. The girls girls meals included mickey sundaes and Kristen and I shared a No Way Jose. We LOVE this sundae it is SO good. While we were there we saw Dee. She has been working at Beaches and Cream for 7 years but will soon be moving to a new position elsewhere. We will miss her, She has waited on us several times over the years.

After lunch it was back to the pool. I stayed out a bit to take a few picutres, but it was a hot one so I finished up that and jumped in the pool. The room still was not ready, so we just enjoyed our pool time. There were games at the pool, and the girls enjoyed all the Disney Music they were playing. We hit the slide a few times, and then moved around the pool to various locations.

One fun game was “Pitch Burst”. They asked for DRY parents to volunteer and sit in a chair under a water balloon. Then kids lined up to throw balls at a target to pop the balloon over their heads! :-) I was already wet, so no rush to volunteer here! Maddy and Brinn jumped in line, and Maddy was the first one to hit the target and drench a dad. Very funny – and a good shot! :-D

It went on for quite some time and again it was Maddy’s turn. Brinn had no luck, but Maddy did it again – getting another dad. Couple more times around and finaly they started accepting wet parents as well. So Kristen volunteered. Great because that leaves me available to take pictures! :-D

Maddy had just gone, so she was toward the end of the line, but Brinn got a chance to get mommy pretty quickly. She isn’t the best shot and missed again. But Maddy eventually got to the head of the line, and wouldn’t you know it – She did it again! (Signing this girl up as pitcher next year!) Drench Kristen good, and it was SO funny! Kristen got her back by dunking her in the pool a couple times! :-D

Waiter LOVED Madison for snitching on Mommy!	Love that 50's decor! Someone needs to tell my mom its time to redecorate - she has several of these items!
