Girls at EpcotUp and at em early.  Quick shower and final packing and then down for breakfast.  Belle and family didn't make it this early, but we still enjoyed a nice breakfast before moving to the Promenade Lounge to sit and wait for the ship to clear and start disembarking.  Belle and Jay found us here and the girls got to say another goodbye!  They slept in a bit and were hitting the buffet on Deck 9.  Good idea... We'll do this in the future if we cruise again!  ;-)

Soon the ship was letting people off (thanks for the heads up Jay!) and we were off in no time.  A porter helped us find our bags, and soon we were through customs and out at our rental car.  Filled it up and headed to WDW.  Quick stop at the Hess Station near the Boardwalk for water and soda.  MUCH cheaper here than the resort stores...

We arrived at BCV around  9:30 or so and with no great surprise our room was not ready yet.  We figured as much and just stowed all our bags, and headed to Epcot.  We have a 2:20 lunch reservation at Askerhaus for the Princess Lunch.  Kristen really isn't looking forward to this one, since the menu does not appeal to her at ALL!  ;-)  I have to admit, its not my first choice either.  But we thought we would give it a try.

Disney Visa Magical Moments MeetWe arrived at the International Gateway entrance by 10am, and headed into the park.  First things first - go get a Soarin' Fast Pass!  ALL the crowds were headed to the Land, and while it SAID a 60 minute wait, I had trouble believing it!  I grabbed the fast passes (return time 11:42 - 12:42) and then joined the girls near Innoventions in a nice air-conditioned waiting spot.  It is incredibly hot in the sun today, so we took paths through A/C anytime we could.  I don't think I've ever been through Innoventions so many times before!  ;-)

We headed over to Mission Space and waited no more than 5 minutes.  Test Track on the other hand was a 60 minute wait.  We'll use Fast Passes later.   We walked through Innoventions East and did several things in there.   Then we did SpaceShip Earth.  I went back to grab Fast Passes for Test track (good for 2:45 - 3:45 when I picked them up at 11:45) and we headed on to Soarin'.  Fast Passes worked great, we were pretty quickly on the ride.  Second row, but what a GREAT ride.  Everyone loved it!  Have to do it again before we go home for sure!  :-)

OK - Walked around Innoventions West for a while, and then got in line for the Disney Visa Character meet at 1:30 (runs from 1:30 - 4:30 I believe).  This was great!  Mickey, Minnie and Goofy were there.  We got pictures of them and then could get our free 5x7 in the photo shop a bit later.

Mickey's quick! On Epcot Bus already!OK - almost time for lunch, so we head off to Norway.  Quickly moving from one shaded spot to the next.  MAN - its a hot one today!  Saw the character bus on the way, but we were running a bit late to stop for more pictures.  And WOW - there were Mickey, Minnie and Goofy on the bus.  MAN they are fast - good thing they didn't need to change their clothes before leaving Innoventions West! ;-)

Girls with ArielOn to Norway and into the restaurant to wait to be seated.  Seems the 2:20 seating is all at once after clearing out the earlier lunch diners.  We were seated, and before even the appetizer plate was there I think we had seen all five princesses!  Today was Aurora, Belle, Jasmine, Ariel and Cinderella.  Quite a nice group, and it was great seeing Ariel walking!  :-)    Kristen and I had a bit of trouble ordering, and she ended up getting pasta and meatballs from the kids menu.  They have no problem creating an adult portion of the kids meals for an adult.  I also had pasta, but from the menu with the added grilled chicken.  It was actually VERY good.    It was fun, but we'll probably try to stick to breakfast if we do this one again.   For the prices, we just aren't happy with the food choices.  And I KNOW those that enjoy the Norwegian food aren't happy that the restaurant is all princesses now.

Girls with JasmineOK - Time for Test Track - (actually, a bit past time, but they let us on without any problem).   I called to check on the room again, and it was ready!  Yea!  So, off to enjoy TT, and then I ran up front to get our free picture with Mickey, Minnie and Goofy!  I liked one with the girls the best and chose that one.  They all were good though.  They take a bunch for you to pick from, and of course, you can buy as many as you like!  ;-)

Our BCV RoomMet the girls in MouseGear for a bit more shopping, and then it was back to the resort.  We went right up to the room.   Pretty close to the elevators, 4th floor with a great pool view and one of the long balconies that connects the living room and bedroom.  NICE!  Called bell services and they brought up the bags.  Today, Kristen is tuckered out, and while she napped I unpacked what I could while the girls played.

View from our BalconySince we had been LESS than thrilled with Extra Magic Hours so far this trip, we decided to move our MGM night to later in the week and stay in tonight.  We grabbed sandwiches in the Marketplace, and enjoyed eating right there in the store.   Then headed upstairs for a bit of TV and bed.  At 9pm we heard fireworks and looked outside.  Not the fireworks we heard were Illuminations, and we could see just a bit of the really high ones over the resort.  But just about straight out were other fireworks in the distance.  These turned out to be Wishes from the Magic Kingdom!  I was amazed at how well you could see the fireworks from here.  Very nice!

OK, time for bed.  Tomorrow is a pool day in the morning, so we should be all caught up on sleep now!  :-)
