Girls enjoying Big ThunderUp bright and early to head off to the Magic Kingdom.  After getting ready, we called down to Bell services and they had someone up to take the bags away within 15 minutes or so.  Then it was off to catch the bus for the Magic Kingdom after saying goodbye to our wonderful Boardwalk room.

The bus was about 10 or 15 minutes, and we arrived at the Magic Kingdom JUST in time for the 9am opening.   It was pretty crowded, but not unmanageable.
Mickey's HouseI took off to go to Space Mountain for fast passes while the girls headed directly to Big Thunder Mountain.   I hauled myself BACK across the park (some mighty good exercise to work off some of last week's cruise food!)  ;-)  and found that the girls weren't waiting at Big Thunder...   I quickly guessed they couldn't resist the 0 wait time and went for a ride before I got back.  No problem, I had a few seconds to have a drink and cool off from my power walk before I saw them coming from the ride exit.  And we headed right back in.  Girls and AuroraIt was still basically a walk-on, and we had another great ride.   We decided to pass on Splash Mountain today - too early to be wet, and headed back to Haunted Mansion.  Another walk-on and fun as always.   Then into Fantasyland for a spin on Peter Pan.  That placed us over at Toon Town Fair right at its 10am opening.  Pooh, Tigger and Eeyore met the crowd there and led everyone into town.  Then they headed off to their own areas for pictures.  Dave and BuzzGuess it was too busy and hot to take pictures outside today.   We rode Goofy's Barnstormer and too bad we weren't quicker because Goofy and Max rode the first ride.  But we did get a picture with them after our ride.  Great little coaster, but VERY short.  I'd hate to wait in a long line for this one.  After a quick tour of Minnie and Mickey's homes, we headed into the judges tent for a picture with the main mouse.   Then into the store area where they have more picture areas set up.  In here we found Pooh, Eeyore and Piglet, and on the other side was Cinderella, Aurora and the two mice!  The girls were VERY happy, and the lines were very short this early.  We basically had the princesses all to ourselves!  :-)

Family in front of the CastleOK - it SpaceMountain fastpass time so off we go.  After getting right to the end of the wait, Brinn decides (again!) to chicken out!  I take her out the chicken exit this time and we run over for Buzz fastpasses.  Back we go to the arcade to find Mom and Madison.  Maddy loved it again this time and then we headed off to get a bite to eat to kill the time until we could ride Buzz.  We ate a tasty lunch at Cosmic Rays and then headed back to Buzz.  Had hoped to hit Transit Authority for a quick ride before our Buzz return time, but it wasn't meant to be.  It was down for a bit and never did open before we went on Buzz.    I got about 225,000 this time and the girls all did better too.    That will about do it for the Magic Kingdom this trip.  Now its off to Disney MGM Studios!  Brinn wants another ride on Rockin Roller Coaster!  :-)

Kermit and PiggyWe caught the monorail to the Ticket and Transportation center, and then hopped the bus to MGM.   It was another nice day, and a HOT one!  We were doing pretty good though, and headed off to get some fastpasses for RnR.  Maddy is too short to ride this one, but that just means Brinn gets to go twice.  :-)  It was pretty busy, and the return time was 5:25pm at a bit after 2pm!!  Ouch!  But the fastpass said I could get another pass at 2:48 so I'd do that in a while.   The girls wanted to play in the Honey I shrunk the Kids play area, so we spent a bit of time over there.  The girls had a great time, and I headed over to Star Tours to get another fastpass around 2:45.  The return time was much better than RnR - 3:30.  So, back to get the girls and we headed over to watch the Stars and Motorcars Parade.  We got a great spot and waited for the parade to start.  It was a wonderful parade, and we all enjoyed it.

Buzz, Woody and JesseNow, we were into our return time for Star Tours, so we headed over there.   Had another great ride (the kids LOVE this one) and then we walked to the Backlot to see if we could luck out and find Kermit and or Miss Piggy or maybe the Toy Story gang.  Well, we hit pay dirt today!  We found Kermit and Miss Piggy, and even had enough to get in line before they were leaving!  (We'd been just missing them every time!)  Then off to Al's Toy Barn, and there we found a fairly short line for Buzz, Woody and Jesse.  Even the Green Army Man was there - and who was his CM helper, but Valerie!  Valerie and her mom (Rosebud) are members of the Tagrel.com site forums, and Rosebud had posted a picture of Valerie that made it easy to recognize her smiling face!   I was in line with the girls, but Kristen had a chance to talk to her for a few minutes before she had to head back stage.  I had hoped to get a picture with her, but it wasn't meant to be.  Wouldn't it have been fun to ask he Green Army Guy to take our picture with his CM helper!  ;-)

Green Army ManWell, we saw Buzz, Woody and Jesse, and that was fun!  Then we headed off and decided to check availability for a seat at Sci Fi Drive-in.  Wonder of wonders, they had an immediate table ready!  :-)  This was our first time eating here and we all enjoyed it.  Its fun sitting in the 'cars' and the girls were QUITE interested in hearing about old drive ins Mom and Dad went to as kids.  Since it was also 5pm we received the dinner menu, and it didn't list any burgers!  Well, I'd heard to stick with the burgers here, and after asking the server we found out you could still order burgers even though they were not on the menu.  Great!  :-)   Kristen and I went with the burgers, she also got a shake which was good and the girls had the kids grilled cheese and a corn dog.  Everyone liked their meal and the atmosphere was very cool.

Sci Fi Dine InWell, it was finally time for us to return to Rockin Roller Coaster (RnR) for our ride.  Since Madison is too short we took turns and Brinn got to ride twice this time.  She really enjoyed it since it has no big drops, but the takeoff scares her just a bit.  Hey, I'm happy she'll ride it at all after all the trouble we had on Space Mountain with her!  :-)  Well, that was it.  We were tired today since we hadn't really had a break, and decided to head on back to the Boardwalk.  We caught the boat back, and then headed in to the lobby.  I went to request our bags at the Bell desk while the girls plopped on a couch near the door.  The CM at the DVC desk came over to talk to them a bit, and gave them a bunch of stickers.  They were very happy to accept his offer, and then we went outside to await our rental car and bags.

Rockin Roller RideBoth arrived fairly quickly, and we were soon off and headed to the Residence Inn at SeaWorld.  This is a very nice hotel, and we were really happy with it.  Our room was great with a kitchen area, living room with pullout couch and a separate bedroom with two double beds.  There was a great pool, play area, tennis court, volleyball area and even picnic area with grills.  They even provided a wonderful hot breakfast every morning and it was 5 minutes (if that!) to Sea World.  All this for a AAA rate of $122 per night - not too shabby!

We settled into the room, and then headed off to bed.  Tomorrow we head to SeaWorld for our first visit ever!
