I have worked with Deb K several times, and have recommended her and YMJ to friends who were also extremely pleased with their services. Deb was really helpful during the planning of my son's honeymoon trip. She found rates and codes that allowed me to send them to Wilderness Lodge for less than a moderate king room! Deb has always provided very prompt replies to my qestions, great rates, and I had my travel documents in my hands faster than I thought possible. Her follow up is also great. Not only will Nanci and the rest of the staff get the best deal for you, they will often step in for you if you arrive at Disney and find problems caused by less than competent CMs, such as "lost reservations". One call to Nanci, and the reservation was "magically" found. Never leave for Disney or Universal without their telephone number with you.

Once at a meet I heard someone say, "I can't imagine why anyone would use that travel agency." Well, I can't imagine why not. I've received nothing but good service. Before using Magical Journeys I did a weekend at WDW after a conferece in the Central Florida area. I went back the next year for the exact same amount of time and at nearly the same time. The 2nd time I stayed at a deluxe resort and walked away with an annual pass for nearly $1000 less than my visit the year before. I was sold. With their help I've visited 6 or so more times since with absolutely flawless service.

I have to take a second here to say how delighted I am to be able to
say thanks to Yourmagicaljourneys. I have booked four trips (one I had to cancel because of familiy illness) with them, and their service has always been above and beyond. I've worked with both Jean and Nanci. Not only do you get fantastic rates from them, you will get service with a smile! They epitomize Disney cheer! Emails are answered promptly and are always friendly. They possess endless knowledge about all things Disney, and if they don't know, they'll sure find out for you. I'm always telling friends about Yourmagicaljourneys for their upcoming trips. They are extremely patient when it comes to answering all my multitude of questions. I've been to Disney many times, but I still manage to have questions galore, and they answer them all.

I think I booked around 7 cruises through YMJ, on several different lines.
If you do a cruise think of booking through them, even if it is not Disney.

They also booked mousefest 2004 for me, but sadly I haven't been to Disney since then.
