In Sunday's Newspaper on September 25, 2005, the J. C. Penney store has an ad brochure for a free TIVO and three months free subsription when you buy from J.C. Penny and purchase greater than $100.00 worth of "Docker's" clothing, etc.

I scolled down to the men's section and clicked on the men's Docker's pants and the website looked like this:
