Does anyone know if there is a website anywhere with a sort of calculator to figure out how much you would be spending, where you can enter in your dates at Disney, where you'll be staying (even your rate, maybe), choose your restaurants/meals, transportation fares, park days, water parks, etc, and it will figure everything including adding in the taxes?
OR has someone already created a spreadsheet that does this?
Ok if not, I'm going to try to do this... I just want to be able to punch stuff in & have it figure it for me. If anyone has any ideas on this, I'd appreciate them!
Thanks!
Rhonda

Sorry, my excel fun is all after the fact! I do this, but just use pieces of lined looseleaf paper and write down lots of different scenarios ie under room, I will have a few calculations for "if the AS is $74/night, x days will be xx, if it is 99, etc. We don't plan big meals, but I check out Deb's site and make an educated guesstimate of what we might eat to get a daily average for food. If I knew we would have a certain meal, I would write it down.
I like the pencil and paper, personally, and it allows me to fiddle around with things, or better, see different options at the same time thereby knowing what will fit into our budget, or how much we need if we want to do x,y,z. If you are a computer person, you could likely do something similar on the computer and fiddle that way.

Another helpful calculator is the Meal Planner Worksheet - it calculates an estimate of how much you will spend on eating out. You can find it as well as a few others at DisneyDollarless.com:
