As you all know I'm a solo traveler on this trip, so I'm wondering if I need to make ADR's. I don't mind eating alone, but wouldn't mind the company of my friends from here. I will probably eat only two meals a day. Breakfast is a must for me. Gotta start the day fueled up. Then I may play it by ear as to whether I'll have a late lunch or dinner.
This is going to be somewhat of a budget trip for me. I'm budgeting $50.00/day to feed myself (I'll have a DDE Card) and for any incidentals. You can read incidentals as adult beveridges
On my first day 11/30, I will have had breakfast prior to my flight. Then I’ll probably give The Earl of Sandwich a try after golf and before the PI meet.
On 12/1 I’m thinking about having breakfast at Fresh at the Swan. Is there anyone staying at the Swalphin, BC or YC or anywhere else that cares to join me? Do I need a ADR for Fresh, and if so do I make it through (407) WDW-DINE, or is there another number since this isn’t a Disney hotel? My other meal for that day? I haven’t really thought about it.
Friday is the SDR Meet, so I wouldn’t mind having breakfast at The Studios, but the only place that has real a breakfast there is The ABC Commissary and that’s seasonal. Does anyone know if it’ll be open for breakfast then? If not I could go with a cinnamon bun (or two) and coffee from Starring Rolls Bakery, but I didn’t see them on the menu at AllEarsNet. I’m thinking about a late lunch that day at 50’s Prime Time Café or Sci-Fi Dine In.
Saturday is Brunch at the Ball, so Breakfast/Lunch is taken care of. For dinner I’m thinking about Tappenyaki. Obviously I certainly won’t be eating alone here, but if anyone wants to join me you’re certainly welcome.
Sunday breakfast again is taken care of thanks to WilCad’s hosting at Kona Café. Since my flight out is at 7:15 that evening and I won’t have anymore park tix left (I'm not activating my AP until our 8/06 trip) I’ll probably hotel hop or pool hop if the weather is agreeable, and pick up a late lunch somewhere before heading to MCO.
None of this is carved in stone and is subject to change. Anyone that's interested in joining me is more than welcome.
