Just curious to know how many have added the Tagrel.com MouseFest 2005 Grand Gathering no. <strike>142 942</strike> CORRECTION: 142 943 to your WDW room ressies?

I'm just curious to know how big our gathering is in WDW's computer system.

I was unable to do it because we're staying at the Swan. Apparently they are excluded from the GG as they're not Disney owned.

Sorry Will I did not but have asked Karen at YMJ to add for me. So what are we doing now that Tony's was not available for Sunday?

I had some difficulty, too (lots of hold time). The CM had to call another guest services number and have them add the info. She wasn't able to add it herself to one of our ressies.

I've been talking with some others about maybe trying for a breakfast meet at Kona Cafe on Sunday since we can't have a Grand Gathering Experience, but plans are not finalized yet. I'll have to start a new thread for it.

I've sent an email to Melissa at YMJ to add it on to my reservation.

Breakfast Sunday morning would be great - anywhere is fine - do love Kona though.

Thanks Will! I am hoping for a Sunday breakfast. Kona Cafe sounds like a wonderful place to meet but where ever you pick will be OK with me.

Hey Will,

I agree with the above - thanks so much for trying to get us all organized for this great event. I did add the number to our reservation and I got some other answers.

We will also be participating in the Chicago Cubs Grand Gathering which also has a GG number. I asked the cast member if I could add both numbers to the reservations and she said that was not possible but if an event is set up, I just need to call and mention the situation and that they would add me to the event without the number being on the reservation and it would not be a problem!

You're supposed to hang the horseshoe upside down, If you hang it right side up, all the luck will run out! Will, you've done a wonderful job in a difficult situation. You know we all think the World of you. :)

Don't worry. Remember, anyone that expects a perfect vacation will be dissapointed no matter what happens. No vacation is without it's little bumps in the road. We are all perfectly happy just being part of this group.

Oh, CM just came back with a coonfirmation that the number has been addedto our reservations.

She mentioned that the reservations aren't really link together until each party checks into their hotel/DVC.



MF seems closer now. I'm finally goingto get there. Hooray!!

I just got confirmation from YMJ that my ressie has been updated.

Will, do not feel in anyway bad, behind every cloud there is a ray of sunshine :grouphug2:
