Ok - I will be the first to ask - what is VMK? I am sure it is very simple but I have no clue and it is not in our abbreivation list!

Let's do it!
I'll do some checking on how many can take the tour at one time, how to schedule a tour, I beleive I hear there is an age requirement and other important details. The quest sound like fun. I even convinced DH to do it.

VMK Quest
A Quest is a challenge that takes place in a real Disney Theme Park. You must follow clues to discover secrets that will "Unleash the Magic" of VMK by giving secret codes to exclusive powers and prizes.
Print out a Quest at home and bring it with you on your next visit to Disneyland® park at Disneyland® Resort California or at the Magic Kingdom® Park at Walt Disney World® Resort Florida. Once you complete your in-park Quest, bring your completed form to VMK Central (it's marked on your Theme Park map) to get your secret codes and more. Some of the best and most rare rewards can ONLY be gotten this way. VMK Central is also a place where you can pick up new and different Quests with special rewards attached to each one. (In case you forget to bring a Quest from home, you can always get one here.)
Explore Adventureland. Discover the mysteries of the Haunted Mansion. See Disney Theme Parks in a whole new way as you play these fun-filled games and add even more magic to your VMK experience!
I'll add more here as I find it.

Sounds like a blast to me! DD just won a free glow in the dark bracelet (ie LiveStrong type thing) for playing the pirates game online. We printed out the coupon and she MADE SURE I tucked into our important documents folder :D

How cute! DGS is hooked on the Pirates game. That's his afternoon activity after his summer workbook pages are done. Yes, I make both the boys do "school work" almost everyday.
I just downloaded the Tomorrowland Quest questions. I'll need extra time to find the answers so I can take the tour. I'm still not sure if you have to do all 4 quests questions before you get the free tour and a chance to win prizes. More research, I must do more research. DGS needs stuff for his character "OrionStarPolit" He's 7 yr old and really enjoying the game.

I must be video game challenged  I went into the site and can't figure out how to do anything but walk around :embarassed: I'll keep reading the help pages.
If there is a meet set up, I would like to try it, but I think I'll need instructions :creator:

I am with you Carol - all I can do is walk around and not very well at that - look like the morning after a night at PI!
Thanks Dave!

I would be interested in a VMK tour! I've played VMK and my character is (surprise!) MissBianca. Um, where do I find out more about this tour?
Anyone want to have a walkthru of VMK? I'd be delighted to have a chat on the subject and take you around. Um, I've found all 50 Hidden Mickeys, but I have to admit I had help.

My problem is buy the time I get a to go play, it's shutting down for the night. Darn!
I thought I'd pretty much poked around all the areas, though I've only found about 20 HM's so far. I haven't been in, in a few weeks, have they added any new sections lately?
For those folks who wanted to do a 'quest', but couldn't sign up because it conflicts with other meets, would a VMK quest fit the bill? Does a person need to know the game, to do the in park quest?

No, the Quest questions are on the Real park. It's a Trivia game more or less. You are given a card with 10 questions, multiply choice answers. Fill it out and hand it in to take the free tour.
I believe the idea is to go to each of the MK lands and find the answers.
I'll keeep researching for more info.
Briar Rose, I'll check out that site some time today - thanks for the additional info.

Update: More Information-
They have the quests (trivia questions) in VMK central which is in the Main St Cinema. This is also where you turn in all your quests. If you do all four with no wrong answers, you also get the VIP Insider tour.
On the tour is where you take the Haunted Mansion quest.
