In my constant quest for Disney stuff to prepare for our trip,I was lookin' for Disney Luggage tags & luggage straps. I know Tme MainStreetMegastore carries the straps-but they're $23.00 a piece-Ouch!
Does anyone know where I could find them for less? Don't say Ebay-I look DAILY there.
Also, I know there are Disney luggage tags out there-I saw Five(sets) on Ebay;but I get so tired & frustrated with bidding.I would like to just BUY it(at a reasonable price!) & end it! They don't have luggage tags at the MainStreetMega store & Mouseshoppe.com is really cool, but their Disney Tag is out of stock & they're not responded to my email about re-stocking it.
Any Suggestions?
Thank You!
Minderella :)

Well, heck, why not make your own? Tags, at least, I don't know about straps.

Make up a nice looking disney-themed tag the size of a business card, print it on card stock, and laminate it with the heaviest lamiate you can find. Finish it off with a nice string to tie it onto your bag, and viola! Instant tag!

The great thing about projects like these is that they are pretty much disposable. Make a set now, use them for one trip, then make a new set later for your next trip.

Get creative. Put your own picture on them, add Mickey and Minnie, maybe a castle shot, some text, some clipart, whatever you feel like adding. Come up with a common look for the set, or do each one totally different. Just have fun with it, and when it's all over, put them away someplace as a souvenier and make new ones for the next trip.

You know,WillCAD, you are absolutely right. I never thought of it as a creative project-but with your suggestions, the more that I think of it, I feel I should do this! I actually already printed out some Luggage tag info for us from Passprter.com-I can just mount that on a nice Disney design, laminate it like you said,& there it is!
Now,anyone have any "Disney" luggage strap ideas?
Thanks again,WillCAD!!!!

I have some spare ones that came with our packages from this spring. They have a kind of 3-D look to them. The spares are because I never got my brother's family their tags in time  If you'd like, I'll send them to you!

Also if you go to a craft store go to the scrapbook making depaertment and sometimes they have disney paper. The store I work in just got some in. They also have cardbord kids with mickey ears on them. I'm sure most of the stores have the same problem we do getting the disney stuff. Its always on back order. If you want some of the paper or the cardbprd kid cut out let me know I can send you some.

Hi Minderella!

When you are at WDW, check the World of Disney Store at DD, also sometimes you can find them at the Outlets at the Belz Malls, as well as the LBV outlets.
The idea of making them sounds good too!
