Yikes: Big Thunder derails

I havent been able to find out much except 11 people injured, 1 critical. Our local news web page is very vague right now. I guess it happened about 11:30 today (Its now about 1:20PM) I am in the same time zone as California. Hopefully everyone will be ok and they get this fixed ASAP.

Unfortunately they are now reporting on the news out here that the critically injured adult male has died, no word on the others injured except that 5 are also being treated at UC Irvine...

Such horrible news for everyone today. Let's all pray for the family....

I have always said a quick prayer for my son as he gets on this ride, it scares me a lot. I hope everyone else is ok.

BTW - CNN said it opened in 1979, so it is not that new if they are right.

Wow I didnt realize it was that old? I guess I didnt get to go for so many years I didnt realize it was there. I am so sadden to think someone lost their life in such a happy place.

Lets hope this story only gets better not worse.
