Hi everyone : )

Tramp and I were married this past June - it was a reaffirmation of our vows - we had a 40s wedding

One of our fellow reenactors said he would take photos for us - send us the photos and the negatives - turns out he is a professional photographer too : ) - Swell we thought!! Especially since we only had two photos left on our camera - we were all set : )

This was June 5th weekend - it is now almost September 5th weekend
Three months and no word - I finally found his email address and sent him an email askng nicely about the photos on August 18 - I see he read the message on the 20th - you can check the status to see if your email has been read

On August 26th with still no word from him at all - I sent a second email explaining that these are the ONLY photos we have of our ceremony : ( and what's going on - I check the status since then of the email and it says "not read"

? is - can the person read the email and then make it appear to me to be unread - or could be they are just not opening the message - it could have been deleted - how can I know if my second email were read and where do these people come from??? We are at a loss to understand why this photographer is doing this

Thanks - Shell

Hi Shell:

I know when I used to have AOL, I could click on "Save As New" and I think the message showed as being unread. Not sure if this is still true.

He'd better contact you soon as I'm one of the many waiting to see the pictures!!

Good luck.

Shell I do not know of a way with AOL to read a message without it appearing to be read. Even if you open the mail from another Browser it still should show read. You can then show the message as NEW but it should still show that you opened when you click on Status.
