I haven't yet been to the Hallmark stores to see all their Christmas ornaments, but I saw a few at Walgreens yesterday. They have out the absolutely most precious Lady and the Tramp. They are sharing the plate of spaghetti, complete with shared noodle. :D Lady, you've just got to get one of these.
They also had a nice musical snowglobe that had Peter Pan, Tinkerbell, and the Darling children flying over London. I believe it was on sale for $14.99 if you bought 3 greeting cards.
Just thought it was something some of you might want to check out. 8)

DW found them all and my wallet is now empty. I must admit they are pretty neat.

I got the Steamboat Willy first thing in July. In October I have my eye out for the Nemo, Elvis Stitch and the Mickey and Pluto ornament. The little Tinkerbelle is just adorable. So much detail in so tiny an ornament!

Alicia,
Thanks for posting your note about the ornaments, which reminded me to stop at our local Hallmark place today. They were sold out of those cute Lady and the Tramp ornaments, but DD and I picked up the Steamboat Willie, which is wonderful.
How many shopping days 'til Christmas?

For some reason, I've gotten into the habit of waiting till Fall to pick up our Hallmark ornaments (all of us have collections going). About a month ago, though, one of the store employees tipped me off that their particular group of stores are going to have fewer ornaments in stock this year. She expected a number of the popular ones to be sold out completely during the great ornament unveiling weekend in mid-July. I very gratefully took advantage of the option to pre-order before the big weekend and have the ornaments put aside for me. Couldn't resist adding the adorable Lady & the Tramp and Steamboat Willie ornaments to the ones we collect! Wish I could have gotten a few more of the Disney ones. Maybe there'll be some available later in the year. (Sigh)

Sometimes the Disney ones sell out quickly. Last year it was almost impossible to find Goofy Toots the Tuba. Another year, a Pluto ornament was scarce. You just never know which ones are in the shortest supply for the demand. If you love it, buy it early. :)

I just started collecting these last Christmas. I only have 2 so far... but this year I am itching to get a Tinkerbell one 8)
Hi I picked up the Lady and Tramp ornament a few weeks ago and then the following week I went back and picked up the Steamboat Willy ornament and the Shrek/Donkey ornament - if you buy three Disney ornaments you get a free Mickey Mouse CD with Mickey songs on it
I told the woman behind the counter - and they do know me ROFL - that I had purchased the Lady and Tramp one the previous week - they let me go on that one and they thought Shrek was Disney - gave me the CD : )
I would like to purchase the Peter Pan one also -
Other than collecting cows - collecting Christmas Ornaments from Hallmark is fun too!!
