Ok so best drink of the day? :drinking:

Was there any High Tea on your cruise?

The egg thingy - you know 30 minutes - 12 years of sleep - so how was it?

The tastings of tequila or whatever they were tasting on your ship - do it - worth it, do it again?

And most importantly - what was the best drink of the day! :shots:

Hi BA! I just saw this. My arm is acting up again, so I've kept my typing down this weekend. I'll give a better report on the Drinks of the Day when I get the trip report going.

There was indeed High Tea, called Tea with Wendy. I did not go.

The egg thingy was a real disappointment. I think it was malfunctioning. When I mentioned it to the attendant, the spa did nothing except promise to test run the capsule that night. I heard nothing further on it.

I got sick the last day of the trip from seasickness and missed the tequila tasting. Also missed the last Drink of the Day. The best one was the Cabo Fiesta which had tequila and creme de banana. I managed to have my own drink server nearly every day. Anthony from Australia got used to bringing the drink and then taking the picture.

All that above sounds bad, but really not. We enjoyed this cruise even more than the last. Wheeeeeeeeee.

DH did the Tequila tasting on the last Eastern for the summer. He also did the Martini tasting. He very much enjoyed both. Both were definitely a "would do it again" thing. He actually learned quite a bit about both tequila and vodka.

High Tea, I think, is separate from Tea with Wendy. We did it last year on the 7 day. YMMV; however, I would do the brunch over high tea anyday. High Tea was "nice", but brunch was OMG.

Great Moley!!!! Sorry to hear you got sea sick! Where the seas rough?

Love the sound of that banana thingy with tequila - oh who am I kidding I love anything and tequila!!!!

Sorry to hear about the egg thingy! I don't see it listed at all on our list of spa treatments

Can't wait for the trip report!

I second Amy's comment - do the brunch over the high tea. We did both on our last cruise and were very dissapointed with the tea. The brunch was yummy!
