disney club card

is it too late to renew my disney club card (don't they all expire at the end of the year?
i was still hoping to have the discount until the end of the year, however mine expires this month- will they charge me for a full year- and can I do it at all?

Yes it is. :x I think it is really wrong of disney too get rid of the card in favor of a credit card.I wonder how many people couldn't get the new one.

I've seen people mentioning that have renewed at a pro-rated amount through the end of the year as recently as last week. I'd call the 800# and give it a try.

I'm so going to miss this discount next year.... :cry:

Mine expired in Feb '03 and I renewed the membership in May. The cost was prorated. I'd call the disney club and ask if it's still available. I will really miss the club when it's gone for good :(

I too got a pro-rated rate - I'd give them a call and see!

While they are not promoting this fact, Disney will indeed renew at a pro-rated rate. (My wife works at the call center that handles this).

I just renewed mine a couple of weeks ago, it ended up costing me $4.90!! I'm going in December so I really wanted the card.
