I was actually pleasantly surprised with Nine Dragons when I went there a couple months ago. I really enjoyed my meal and if it was a bit more expensive than I pay at the take out place at home, well, it is Disney after all. Most things are more expensive there. Of course, it also helps that I have my DDE card so I get 20% off. The honey sesame chicken was quite delicious and even reheated well. I'd recommend going for lunch as prices are a bit better. A 3pm lunch should do you and then you can get a yummy snack from Kringla or the Boulangerie for your IllumiNations viewing pleasure.
