Soarin' at WDW?

I've been reading here and there, rumors that Disney is thinking of adding something big over at the Land pavilion. Now it looks like this is closer to being confirmed. It appears to be an attraction similar, if not identical to Disney California Adventure's Soarin' Over California. Here's the latest from WDWIG New Epcot Attraction (http://wdwig.com/hnews.htm#796)

What an excellent addition that would make! If it's part of the Land, maybe we would soar over all the different kinds of biomes like rainforest, desert, plains, mountains, tundra...

Yup, seems that its true. According to CMs at Mission Space, the Food Rocks attraction will be closed in the next two weeks, as it is transformed into the queue area for the new ride. Apparently the film is already shot and its time to build out.

Its sure going to add a lot of traffic to that building. Don't know about the wisdom of putting a major attraction at the bottom of a funnel, but I suppose it will increase traffic for the Garden Grill and the food court...
