S-l-o-w to change rooms

Am I the only one that has trouble with this site loading the different rooms very, very s-l-o-w-l-y about 75% of the time? Sometimes, it's even slow to get into the site or begin a new topic. It just happened and I thought I would ask. My other sites are loading quickly. Help!!

I have also noticed that the site is very slow to load, and sometimes times out. A few times I couldn't get in at all, and just came back after.

I have also noticed today that when I click the submit button it takes a long time for my post to go through. Same thing going from room to room.

Our server company is making changes this week, and it seems they are running into some problems. Hopefully, they will get them worked out soon! :)

The slowdowns are affecting everyone they host.
