Hi,
Our annual passes are expiring Aug 2 so we decided now was the time to finally do this. (Probably moving so not planning to renew them) I called on June 27th and was able to get the first 2 seats for July 27 for the 9pm show.
We checked in at the courtyard in the middle of the Disney gallery about 8:15 and then sat there waiting to be called in for seating. The hostess came back and got us about 8:30pm and showed us to our seats. We were seats 1 & 2. Absolutely perfect view of the entire show! The deserts that night included white chocolate cheesecake, black forest cake (YUM), assorted mini pastries, macaroons, Mickey waffles with chocolate or strawberry sauce, and cheese and crackers. There were also soft drinks, mint juleps, tea, coffee, and milk.
It was great being able to sit above the crowds and not have to worry about someone was blocking your view. We were also able to stay and watch the fireworks from these seats. You could even see Tinkerbell begin her flight from the Matterhorn!
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and recommend this to anyone.
Tickets are $47 per person and can be reserved 30 days ahead by calling the Disneyland ticket number. You will need to pick the tickets up in person at guest services.
