For those with digital cameras and $500 to spare, I came across this neat little device which is a 40gb hard drive with a 3.8" lcd screen on it for storing your digital photos without a computer.
It has slots on it for Compact Flash and Secure Digital cards to get your pics from the cards to the viewer, and hooks to your computer via a USB cable to get the pics from the viewer to the computer. It will act as a portable storage device, a memory card reader, and photo/video viewer all in one package.
At $500 I think it's a little overpriced, but it's a nice little device.
