Do the DVC CMs do the same things as hotel CMs?

Since Del and I will be celebrating our anniversary during our trip, I would normally tell the CM when we check in (as well as put it on our ressie) - just in case they want to send up a little card or something to honor the occassion. (you know how if it is a child's birthday, they will somethimes leave a balloon or card signed by the characters).

My question is: Do they do this when you stay at DVC as well?

I think it really depends on the CM you get for checkin. If they decide to do something, then they can make it happen at any of the resorts - DVC included.

Suzy, I had ordered a birthday cake for Kristen to be delivered to the room when we stayed at the Beach Club Villas. While I was checking in, I double checked with the CM that this had been ordered. Not only was it in the room waiting when we got there, but the CM I'd talked to must have taken it upon herself to have balloons and a card signed by many characters delivered later that day. So yep, you're treated just like a regular guest that way, only that you're "home". :D
