Charter One Bank has a points program called Megarewards. It's $25/yr, but if you use online billpay or other services the fee is waived. 25,000pts gets you a 5-day PHP & 50,000pts is good for $500 off a Disney (or other) cruise. I just enrolled & thanks to my penchant for dining out (double pts) I have over 5,000 pts. Wish I had done it sooner!
