Booked Quicksilver for Mousefest!

I'm really looking forward to using Quicksilver again this trip. There was a time I thought I'd rent a car, but I got to looking at my plans, and decided I didn't really need it.

Why go thru the hassle of more lines, hauling my own luggage and trying to navigate my way thru Orlando? Quicksilver was the easy answer. I'll be picked up right at luggage and whisked away in style. Gregory was really quick with a friendly and thorough confirmation.

I use Dollar out of Orlando, you just walk across the street to your car. Though I wouldn't mind someone lugging my luggage for me across the street, quicksilver sounds good! I got a 99$ a week rate for a midsize car during mousefest, but then they pile on all the taxes and fees. They gave me an upgrade certificate to the next size car for signing up for their quick checkin program, not sure that'll work. Wouldn't mind a full size.

I just remember what a pain it was renting a car when we first started to go to WDW and stayed off site. Renting, filling it up with gas to return it...all eating away at our limited vacation time. My first attempt at pumping my own gas. :oops: That incident with a ditch...even I still laugh at that. :lol:

Unless I was planning to go off property, I wouldn't go through the hassle again. And 'if' you plan to drink, it's better to leave your car back at your resort anyway.
