Just to let you all know........I didn't state this in my previous comments, but I DID contact Disney to let them know how disappointed I was in our trip. I called the Executive Offices (they were very helpful with fixing something I'd forgotten after our 9/11/01 trip) and I expect to hear back from her sometime this week.
I did not ask for anything. Don't expect anything. I just hope that they "appreciate" my feelings of disappointment over the lowered standards of quality. I don't mind spending the amount that I do but I do expect quality. If they are going to lower their standards then I will have to make adjustments to what type of vacations I take.
