Ok BABES:
I can't seem to get in early enough to post during the day so I'm posting this late Sunday for Monday.
DISNEYTASTIC job you are all doing. Some day I may even join you all!!!
Leias Mom: Fantastic job! I didn't wear a four when I was born!!! Can't wait to see before and after pics of you.
Everyone else: you are all inspirations and it really helps.
Since they took me off Vioxx, my blood pressure is back to normal and legs are no longer swollen BUT all the pains/aches from fibro and osteoarthitis are back and make it hard for me to get moving like I could before. I'm trying and did get back to gym but can't work as fast as I did before. If I don't move, I don't loose weight. Have to find a happy medium.
Vacation Bible School started for us tonight (Yes - tonight and not during the day). They certainly do things differently in PA. The hours are 6:30 to 8:30 pm and there's not nearly enough time to do all the activities and Bible lessons and crafts etc. in that time. AND, they gave me Pre-School (oh joy!). I've been working on lesson plans etc. all week but can't get a fraction of it done with the ages I have. Two are about 4 years old and one is six who hasn't started school yet. By 8:00 pm they were all ready to go beddie-bye so not much was accomplished other then their snack. I'll try to switch around what we have to do the rest of the week and see if I can do more when they first arrive.
Have to drink my water.
Have to try and drag these tired old bones around the loop.
Have to SMILE more.
Have to end this and get into bed for the night.
Have a fantabulous Monday and remember: Onward and Upward!

Gooooood Morning!
Gee I had a nice day, Sunday. Although it was raining most of the day, DH and I enjoyed our time together. We spent at least 2 hours just talking about what house projects we would do next, if we could afford to have the front sidewalk, landscape and porch redone; as well as, redo the back patio. I convinced DH not to attempt it himself or I be a rich widower with a very nice house to sell. We did some grocery shopping, a trip to Lowe's and JoAnn's Fabrics. Yes, DH went to the fabric store, why not, I went to the hardware store with him. We went to a country restaurant for a late lunch. Their Sunday special was a fresh roast turkey dinner which DH selected. The portions were huge, he manager to eat enough for lunch and dinner. I stayed to plan with a bacon cheese burger, no roll, and cole slaw. We finished off the day by doing a little yard work when the rain stopped. We are building a fire pit in the yard so the kids can enjoy roasting hot dogs and marshmallows.
Hi ladies! To all you lucky ladies that are doing so well, congratulations and please keep posting. I need to hear all the success stories I can. To all of us that are trying so hard and succeeding in little ways, never give up. Each small step no matter in what direction we go will result in a winning effort in the end. No war is won with the first fight nor the many that follow; victory is determined by gathering all the small successes together into the final win.
Todays Goals:
Drink 64 oz of water
Eat healthy on SBD
Finish painting the guest bathroom.
Have a magical day.

Just a quick post here. Have had a busy morning since we got up today at 6:30. Took Nick to reading, went to our first day of VBS, went to get Nick, and back to VBS. Brought a little friend home for the day, and took Nick to his friends house to swim, through in a load of laundry here and get lunch for the kids, and my day is almso gone. I've also had a heck of a time posting lately, and have not had the time to wait.
So goals are:
drink water
make smart choices
get more laundry done
pack to go to cottage
get to POST OFFICE!!!
Hope you all have a wonderful day! :circle:

Hi guys! I hate that I always seem to post late during the weekdays. May not be in tomorrow -- girls night out. Celebrating my best friend's new job. I'm not even planning on being good. I've been good enough today, and I'll be good on Wednesday. I'm going to enjoy tomorrow.
You guys make me tired with everything that is going on in your lives. It's all I can do to manage to work, do dinner, and exercise. Makes me want to do just a little more every day. Thanks for the motivation.
Keep up the good work everybody. See you soon!

:tink: Evening Healthinators!! I overslept & THROUGH my alarm this morning  My husband was downstairs w/the dogs & thought he heard me get up. My alarm apparently went off & off & off & it actually gets more annoying than the regular alarm & somehow I slept through it! My first day of work. I got there 10 minutes late, but that was because of some kind of traffic thing because I still left an extra 20 minutes early. The highways were like a parking lot. They were really nice & understanding as they're used to the highways being unpredictable. Thought I was covered giving myself double time to get there.
Have gotten all my water in today & still drinking, just love the stuff. Stayed on my plan today except for a small bowl of corn chips after work. Ater work....it sounds so good doesn't it?
Glad everyone seems to be doing well & going in the right direction. Keep it up! :waving: :tink:
