I thought I would throw this out there to see if anyone would be interested in joining me on a tag-a-venture-mania sometime. I was thinking it would be fun to go to Disneyland for a few nights, and then fly from Disneyland to Disney World for a few nights.

Ideally I would love to do this in December (not this year, perhaps 2013) sometime because I think it would be fun to see Disneyland and WDW all decked out for the holidays in the same year.

It might seem a bit crazy, but I think it would be fun. Is there anyone else Disney crazed enough to consider this?

Disney Crazed enough? No problem! Financially able? Not so much. :?

But maybe some can meet you at one location or the other. Since I am back on the West Coast, I may be able to do the Disneyland part.

I think that would be a fun thing to do for sure. If we were able to do it I think December would be a perfect time or in the spring. Not sure yet what 2013 will bring but it's always fun to start thinking about.

I liked the idea when we were talking about it on New Year's Eve/Day before we signed out of chat.

Good thing is that DL takes less days thank WDW, so splitting a trip would be possible. No promises on the airlines playing.

Here's hoping I can do this whenever it happens

I may just do a back to back WDW/DL trip in May. Right now my plans are to go to Tagomania in May and right after flying to CA for a wedding the weekend after. Since I have a Premier Pass I'm hoping to at least sneak in 1 day at DLR.

In 2013 I might consider a dual visit in December, but that is so far away I couldn't plan it now. I don't plan vacations that far out. I haven't even planned all of this year yet.

The problem I have with it though is the timing. December is a busy month for me and so close to the Holiday we have I hate to take time off. And when I do, I like to connect it to the Holiday week we have off.

Because of circumstances this year, I did take the week before Christmas off this year and spent the 18th - 21st at DLR. I didn't expect it to be so busy until closer to Christmas and the week after. Wasn't thrilled with how busy it was.

It was pretty at Christmas, and I'm not sure why, but I think WDW is prettier. I did like that it snows in many more locations in DL than just the Main Street corridor.

So basically I'm saying sounds like fun, but not sure at all what 2013 brings.

sounds like fun but it would so depend on airlines and miles ect.

I'd love to do this, to end the year I turn 50 in Disney style. Considering that I haven't visited a Disney park since 2007, this looks right up my alley (steeee-RIKE!)
