First off, let me say that this isn't really a trip report. I am just going to write down a few thoughts about our trip (26 May-3 June).
I guess my overall feeling is disappointment. My 14 yo daughter, Alana, voiced what I had been feeling and we discussed this in depth. In our opinion, Disney has really lowered their standards. Maybe it's because of the economy, maybe they don't give the same level of training that they used to, maybe they don't hire the same caliber of people that they used to.
We were "greeted" by a driver from Tiffany. Our actual driver was running late. This fellow seemed really pissed to "have to" meet us and gather our luggage and escort us outside, where we waited maybe 4 minutes for our limo. I tried to make conversation. He rebuffed each effort. Driver arrives and on to AKL!
