Good Morning Healthinators!

As soon as I'm done here it's in the shower and on the road for a Girl Scout Trip. My weigh in at Curves yesterday wasn't as good as I had hoped but wasn't as bad as I feared! I've lost another 2.5 lbs and 1 inch or so (with vacation and pre-vacation fridge clearing) hope to get my next "foot " by next month. (at our Curves for every 12 inches you loose they have a different color foot cutout for your star (everyone has a star with their names on the wall) I only have 5 inches to go for my blue foot- here's hoping)

Everyone be good and have jfun while I'm gone!!

Goals:
Don't do too much damage to my program while gone!

Good Morning!!

Well, I am not eating at this very moment, so I guess I can say I am on the wagon. My grip isn't very strong and I feel I could fall off at any moment. Hopefully today as each minute goes by I will brecome stronger. Oh what a struggle!!!!

So glad to see you succeeding Pam, you are such a ball of energy. Have a safe trip.

It is wonderful being here today. I am going to make this a good one!!!

Goal for today is to think before eating anything. It has become too automatic just to pop anything into my mouth.

Did you all feel that sudden jolt yesterday. Some may have thought it was an earthquake, but fear not, it was just me falling off the wagon. How could I go to WDW and do good, then come home and have a day where I cannot get enough to eat. I think I ate more yesterday than I did for a two week vacation. Plus, I have a new addiction and even though it's not that horrible for me, I need to control myself. I ate 10 sugar free popscicles.

Went to the doctor yesterday and she gave me an antibiotic for the bug bits on my leg. Won't have the test results (for cellulitus) for four days, but she felt as long as I start the medicine, it'll be okay.

Todays goals:
drink water (72 ounces done already)
make smart healthy choices
don't snack all day, drink water instead
finish laundry
do more of my trip report
walk tonight if bug bite on ankle doesn't bother me

Pam, Congrats on the the weight loss, and have fun with those girlscouts.

Lady, as always good to see you first thing this morning.

CHRIS!!!! I'm so happy you are here!!! I'd offer to hold you on the wagon today, however, I am afraid I'd hurt you if I fall off again. You live close enough to have felt the earth shake yesterday from me. Whether your doing good or bad, we always LOVE to have you here with us.

Miss seeing some of you guys, and hope you're all well! :circle:

Hi Chris. So glad tohear form you, girlfriend. No matter what, just keep coming back here. Even if it's a one liner to post, just a "HI" will be enough. We want to here, always.

I just got back from droping DGS at camp for his first day. He seemed so grown up and excited to be there. I'm hoping he has a great day.

Pam, I sure you'll have fun at camp. Be careful, no more bug bites. WOW, what a great job on the weight loss and inches off!

Hi Lady! How are you doing?

Today's Goals:
Drink 64 oz (this small amount) of water.
Eat healthy on SBD. Take time to re-read some of the book.

Have a magical day!

Hi friends!

Just a quick post during my lunch break to say 'hi' and to see how everyone is doing. Today has been a pretty good day and my kids haven't been too bad, so I still have a bit of energy left. It's a hot one here today though, so after recess this afternoon I expect that I will poop out.

My eating hasn't been too bad, and for a bed snack last night I resisted the potato chips and had a bowl of Crispix cereal instead. I am very happy because my mom just got back from her six month eye appointment and found that her sarcoidosis hasn't moved into her eyes at all. This is a big source of worry for me, so I am thrilled. Now I just have to keep my fingers crossed until her next appointment in January.

To all of you who are falling off the wagon, let's jump back on together. Jeremy and I have been writing down all expenditures for the month of July and I am appalled at how many times I have been to Starbucks or to my local ice cream shop. I really need to be more conscious of what I eat rather than just sticking anything in my mouth.

Goals for today:
1. Finish laundry.
2. Watch my eating tonight.
3. Drink water tonight.
4. Spend 1 hour cleaning something.

Hope you all have a wonderful day! You are a great bunch of ladies!! :D
