The phone rings at 630am & I put it on Speaker so all can hear. The look on David’s face was so cute when he heard Mickey. We all managed to get ready by 730am or so & headed out to the Bus Stop. When we arrived at Magic Kingdom, after all of us rode Buzz Lightyear, we let the older boys head for Tomorrowland while Suzi, Dave & I headed towards Fantasyland. My score on Buzz was terrible, I swear my gun was not working because other than the 7yr old I came in last. Early Entry was great today we got in all of the Fantasyland rides except the Carrousel & Dumbo by about 910a. We even got many pictures of David with the characters. I had gotten him an autograph book & a big fat Mickey pin as one of his goodie bag surprises so he was all set. I even sprinkled Pixie Dust on him as he walked down Main Street because I had told him that I always felt like they sprinkled it on me whenever I walked into The Magic Kingdom. After riding the Early Entry rides we had planned on meeting up to ride some of the rides we could ride as a family. We managed to get in Pirates of the Caribbean, Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain & Haunted Mansion by 11a & since we had not had breakfast decided to grab a bite at Columbia Harbour House (17.00) After lunch we went to Hall of Presidents, did some shopping & character visits. The older boys wanted to go back to the Resort to explore & visit the Arcades, I did a bit of shopping & Suzi & David went to Toon Town. We all met up later at the Resort to let the boys ride the Water Sprites. This was a first for Matt too & while they all really enjoyed the freedom of driving the boats they wished they went faster. After the boats some went to visit the Main Pool before we were to head out to The Beach Club for dinner at Cape May Buffet.
This was another first for Matt & I – dinner at Cape May Buffet. It was awesome. Suzi & her family love seafood of any kind & Matt & I lean more towards chicken & beef so this was the perfect restaurant for us. There were lots of salads for all to enjoy & for Matt & I Chicken, Ribs & Prime Rib. Suzi & her family loaded up on Clams, Muscles & shrimp also. The drinks & desserts were included in Dinner for $23.99 each. We all left very stuffed and happy. The walk to catch the boat to MGM was needed believe me. On the way to the Boat Suzi stopped at the Oyster Shack & got a very pretty Gray Pearl in her oyster. We got to MGM & were surprised that by 7p almost all of the shows were over. This was a surprise to us since the Park was open until 10p with a Fantasmic show at 1030p. We did manage to hit Muppets, Star Tours & Tower of Terror. Rock N Roller Coaster had too long of a wait so we decided to try for that later. I guess I should clarify & say that I waited while the others rode Star Tours & Tower of Terror. We then decided it was time to get in line for the 2nd showing of Fantasmic. Wow even at 10p what a line – for those claustrophobic this would not be the place for you. Once in we got fairly good seats away from the crowds. I am not sure why people cram into the first seats they see rather than walk a bit farther to have open spaces. I had not seen Fantasmic in years & was certainly glad we got to this show tonight. We left right before the show ended to beat the crowd back to the boat to Beach Club. We ended up back in the room by 1130p or so & all dropped into bed.

Tomorrow Animal Kingdom & Epcot

Isn't EE great? You guys got quite a bit accomplished by lunchtime. I love what you did with the pixie dust for David. I bet you really instilled that Disney magic into him. :D

I'm disappointed now that we didn't try Cape May. I'm not much of a seafood eater either, but boy it sure did smell good everytime we walked by. I guess that's a good excuse to go again!

No unfortunately no pictures as I was trying to surprise everyone with the Pixie Dust. You know I worried about going with the 3 teenage boys prior to the trip but I have to say they were the best to travel with. They got along great & were really fun to travel with.
