Goooood Morning!

DDIL & baby Reid are home, all is good in the world. The hosiptal released them at 4:30 pm. Now their work begins.

I eat really light yeterday so I'm staving today. The only way I'll keep things under control will be to drink plenty of water.

Goals:
Drink 72 oz of water
Eat healthy on SBD

Hope everyone is feeling well and enjoying their summer.

Have a magical day!

Hi BABES:

Sandy: Glad to hear that your DIL and Reid are home.
Cheri: Good luck with the new weight loss plan. I'm still trying to find one that I can work with.

This is the first time I've been on the computer in three days!!! I changed my password and could not get back on. I called up and spoke to three tech people and none spoke clear enough English for me to understand and they all gave me different advice. I've been playing with it now for four hours and got on but don't ask me how and don't ask me if I can do it again. :x :x

So, if you don't hear from me, I'm headed out back with a big ax to put the computer out of its misery. (Actually it's NOT the computer but the stupid Earthlink service!!!).

Have a great day.

GS's doing well - not sleeping though. They were up until midnight last night. I'm not getting enough rest so I may tie them to the beds tonight.

I realize I don't post to this forum regularly, (although I do read every post, honest!)
but have any of you tried the Cheerios with the banana and strawberry slices in the cereal?
I was buying the Smart Start (which we also like) but these Cheerios are a wonderful change! I was just wondering if anyone liked them as well.

Glad to hear about your DIL and little one being home Twirler Girl!

I'm here Healthinators! I've been lazy this morning and watched tv all morning. Wedding Story, Dating Story, Second Chance, Make-over Story. Oy! My head hurts!

I'm up and rearing to go!

TwirlerGirl- Great news about your DDIL and Reid, you must be so relieved.

Cheri- You can do this! You go girl!!!! I really hope you get back on track to feeling healthy. I worry about you!

Cinderella- Sorry about your computer woes. You are missed when you aren't posting. You need to be here to keep Den in line! Get some rest and take care of yourself.

Snickerdoodlesmommy- I'll have to try the Cheerios, they sound good. Drop in more often, we like your sunshine, and you!

Today I will

Eat healthy (doing well.. fruit for breakfast, yogurt and chicken for lunch)

Drink only water

Walk Away the Pounds

Get going and feel like I accomplished a little something today. The damp, misty weather makes me lazy.

Stay strong everyone! The reason we are here is because we want to succeed.......so, let's make it happen!

Very late check in today. I've been sleeping so much better since I reverted back to my medications for my fibromyalgia. I'm sleeping sooooooooo much better. I went 36 hours w/o any  sleep. It was horrible. I was so overtired.

I've been sticking w/my program & getting my fluids in. I did about a gazillion loads of laundry yesterday. I had to, was on my last pair of clean panties.   When we get another apartment next year, it will have a washer/dryer IN the apartment or the hook-us will be in the apartment. It will also be a first floor apartment. Cable guy was here today because we got sick of having static on some channels & finally called a couple of weeks ago and they got here today. The cable guy told us that the entire apartment building has a horrible hook-up, he discovered today & he called in to the cable company to see if they have numerous complaints & they only have a couple of others. He said that each apartment will have to be checked individually. The cable to the building is fine, but once in the building, they don't have any control. He checked it, & it's bad. Ticks me off w/what we're paying. Someone is coming from the cable company to do some stuff outside tomorrow. Don't know what.

So, goals are:

Continue drinking my water. :D

Eat smart. :D

Get a walk in. :D

Late? Who's late :-)

Flying in and out. Got home from work, fed the baby, ran to mom's, took her dog to the vet to get shots and check out an ear infection, ran back home, fixed a snack, getting ready to exercise. Always a busy evening.

Leia still has a cold. She's pretty miserable. We'll pop her in the jogging stroller so we can exercise.

Hope all of you are having a super successful day. Talk to you soon!
