Good morning everybody! I awoke with a firm commitment to stick to it this time. I've ballooned up since all the steriods I've been taking for my bronchitis, and now that the meds are over, I'm ready to start feeling better!

I read in Womens World magazine about this woman who lost over 100 pounds eating Kashi cereal. I got some last night, along with the bars and drinks and I'm ready to hit it. I had the cereal this morning. It's nasty, but I'm gonna do it!!!

Goals for today:
1. kashi plan
2. portion control at dinner
3. water
4 curves

Good morning Healthinators!

Cheri, you can do this!!! I'm so glad you're feeling better. My son eats Kashi Crunch each morning. He said a little bit fills you up. I'm here cheering you on!!!!!

Today I will

Eat healthy and drink Slimfast

Drink only water

Walk Away the Pounds

Stay mentally tough

LeiasMom- I just started the Slimfast but so far so good. I agree a calorie is a calorie no matter how you consume it. I was very successful last year and all I did was cut out chips, coke, butter and chocolate. I was very faithful to exercise and that's the trick. I was able to cheat here and there and never feel deprived. You are doing so well!

Moley- My son bought a Bowflex and I'm embarassed to say I never learned how to use it. You've inspired me, this is the week.

TwirlerGirl- I hope our prayers are working.

Cinderella- I'm sorry your DD didn't get your personality. At least you can say you tried and now she is gone and you can enjoy those boys. Have fun today!

Have a super successful day everyone. Stay strong and together we WILL do this. Focus on those goals!!!!

Goooooood Morning!

Keep for fingers cross, DDIL fever is down. If it stays down the rest of the day, she will be released this evening. Hoooooray!

I went to my teams banquet last night and did great. I didn't eat the pizza or have any of the ice. Why did I come home and eat a bunch of almonds? I'll never know. I need to be very careful today.

Goals:
Drink 64 oz of water - oh no! Only had about 8 oz yesterday. I'll make sure of it today.
Eat healthy on SBD

I'm going to see DDIL & baby Reid this afternoon. I'm taking my sister for a visit, what fun.

Cheri, hope your start is a good one. I also hope you are feeling well enough to get off the steroids. I'm getting my exercise tonight by watching Amazing Race and recapping it. Fingers up! And one, type-type-type-type, and two, type-type-type-type, and three, type-type-type-type.....

Hey guys! Quick update today.

Had a business lunch today. I was good, though. Salad. Eating well doesn't seem to be the hard part for me. The exercise is much harder. I'm about to go for a run with Talia in the jogging stroller. It's miserably hot; however, I have to work out. It's the only way for me to keep up the weight loss.

Tomorrow is another lunch meeting. I'm taking a slimfast meal bar. They are getting a platter from a local deli. They don't really do salads, so I'll make do with my own lunch. I'm good with that.

You are all doing so great. It helps to keep me motivated. I'm glad you are all here.
