Hi Everyone!
Happy 4th of July : )

What's for dinner?

We made Egg Potato Salad earlier this morning -
I'm now starting the cake - making a flag cake
white sheet cake - white icing - sliced red strawberries - for stripes
blueberries for the field of blue - and a few dabs of Whipped cream on the blueberries for stars : )
Tramp and Scamp are in charge of the Shish-kebobs
chicken shrimp mushrooms(none on mine thank you - yuck)
cherry tomatoes onions and green peppers
Cold slices of watermelon also

hmmmm in the meantime what's for lunch lol

We did t-bones on the grill and DH had homemade French Fries with his, Salad for supper tonight- no picnics or parties here! we're getting ready to leave soon!

It's BBQ time out here in Colorado! Heading over to extended family for grilled dinner this evening and then watch the fireworks from their house on the hill. A great time will be had by all!

Darn, I read this too late to head to Lady's house! We'll have to make those shish-kebobs tomorrow :eat:

And watermelon! Where's a seed-spitting smiley when you need one!

We had swordfish steaks on the grill, baked potatoes, and salad. I had never had swordfish steaks before and they were quite yummy. Now, I wouldn't want them everyweek, but they are a nice change of pace.

Ken and the kids had watermelon. None for me thankyou, I HATE watermelon. YUCK!
