Gooooood Morning!

I woke up this morning really hungry. I wonder what may have triggered that. Lots of things to do today but I'll start off with a good breakfast. The boys will arrive soon and by busy day will begin.

Today's Goals:

Drink 64 oz of water - made it plus some yesterday. Hooray!
Eat healthy on SBD

Have a magical day!

Good morning Twirler girl! I know the feeling of waking up hungry.

I'm still here, but have been in bed with a bad bronchitis possibly pneumonia since Sunday night. So, my diet is going well since I can hardly get out of bed. I went back to the MD yesterday and he put me on some stronger antibiotics so I'm feeling better today.

My goals today:
1. lots of water
2. try to sit up more today

Have a great day everybody!

Hello All!! :theWave:

Well, the house is done! Spotless for the moment, and we have less than 48 hours, so I just may start packing tonight. The laundry is all caught up, clothes sitting in piles in my bedroom, and lists galore. Just went out to pick up the hamster food, which we forgot the other night, and going to visit my grandmother this afternoon.

Not setting much fgor goals, but will keep trying to be good.

Twirler girl, Late last night I got the munchies and thank goodness we had sugar free popscicles in the fridge. They seem to satisfy my cravings.

Cheri, Get back in bed girl and take care of that nasty infection. I had pneumonia three years ago and it knocked me on my butt for three weeks. Rest and strogn meds are what finally took care of it. Feel better! :flowers:

Where's the rest of our group? Wherever you are I hope your enjoying yourself! :circle:

Hey all.

Sheryl, if I don't see you later, have a fabulous trip. Hug Mickey for me.

LGC -- feel better. Take care of yourself.

Twirler -- hope the munchies are gone.

I'm doing well today. Got in my walk last night and carried Talia in the sling. That extra weight had to add on extra calorie burning. I need to mow the yard, but it's raining once again. It's as if it hasn't stopped this summer. I'll probably walk.

Eating is going well. Slimfast shells and cheese for lunch. I love that. Supper will probably be mushroom spaghetti.

Keep it up, guys. I'll talk to you soon.

Afternoon guys. I slept until 10AM today. I really needed the rest. I went to our gym here this morning at our apartment complex. I only did 0.6 miles. Not much, but it's a beginning. I went w/o water because they have the big water cooler type of water there...or they're supposed to. I won't go w/o water again. I was so thirsty. DH left to get me some water, as he was done, he'd gone over earlier than me. I'm very self conscious when I exercise in public. I always have been. One guy tried to turn the AC on and it didn't work. He was frustrated as he was really working out w/weights & such. We pay over $1400 a month & the gym just re-opened and they don't even have water there or the AC working. I think they have alot of nerve charging so much & not coming through w/the goods.

Goals for today.

Get all my water in. I'm off to a good start & I did get all my water in yesterday.

Eat smart. Thank god those potato chips are gone. I won't have them in the house again. I was outta control. :P

Not too motivated on the job thing. Don't think to many people are looking too hard to hire this week. They really take their time here.

I'm going to start reading a book today called, The Boss Always Sits In The Back, by Jon D'Amore. My husband read it in two days. He couldn't put it down once he started. It is about someone related to mafia figures & my husband thoroughly enjoyed it. We are friends w/the author & I'd like to see how he writes before we see him again tomorrow night. So, I'm chllin' already for the holiday weekend.

Have a nice day everyone.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT drive by one of your favorite ice cream places when you are hungry and nothing else to eat for miles around!!!!!! Yes I caved as I drove by, then tried to be not sooooo terrible and ordered a small. Then the girl that scooped mine, scooped out a gigantic serving - SO I ATE IT!

Oh well, accidents happen, and I'm back on the wagon. I definitely will be nice and full before I drive by there tonight.

Goals:
Stay focused
Make sure I eat before driving by evil but great tasting ice cream stands

Here I am! Boy, I shopped 'till I dropped today. I had to take my vacuum to CosmicAmanda today so I decided to do some shopping.

I rushed out and skipped breakfast so I was really hungry. I stopped at McDonald's and got a snack size parfait. They are yummy and satisfied me so I didn't do anything stupid. I need to find out how bad they are for you because they are so good they must be bad.

Today I will

Eat healthy

Drink only water

2 1/2 miles tonight

That's about it! Have a great evening everyone!
