Adding a picture.....?

I see all these great photos added into folks posts...how do I do that..? I posted one in the gallery with no problem. But how do you add one to your posts each time?

A photo has to be hosted on a website, then it can be coded as an image. If you hit the reply button, you wlll see commands, such as "url", bold, and the like. One of these is img or image. Inclosing the url of the image within the img code brackets will allow your pic to be seen.

If you are referring to the picture under people's names on the left side of the screen, that image is called an avatar. You can select one of the ones provided on the site (hit the PROFILE button at the top of this page and scroll down to the AVATAR settings) - or you can send me an image you would like to use and I'll get it set up for you.

In that same profile you can add a signature that will be added to the end of all your posts. Images can be included in this signature as per Moley's instructions above. The image will need to be on your own web server, or again, you can send an image to me, and I'll be happy to add it to your signature for you.
