Hi everyone

Just joined WW with a co-worker - which is nice - we both go to the same meetings each week - just been to our first one - and we remind each other at lunch time what to eat.

We already chipped in and are bringing fruit and veggies to snack on at work vs. the candy jar that sits in the kitchen unused. Won't the snack guy be wondering when he returns to fill it and its still full : )

This is the third day and I feel like I've eaten more than what I normally eat though?? hmmm - we'll see

Good for you, Lady! I work with a couple of women who have done very well on WW. Let us know how you are doing.

:tink: Good for you! It's great that you have someone to do it with that you see at work everyday. That will really help to keep you on track to reset your eating patterns for life! It's not a diet, it's a way of life. I truly believe that we are what we eat. Congrats. :tink:

Go Lady Go!!! It' s really great that you have some help at work- and can offer some to!! I've never tried WW but have read about it and the program makes sense!! I think we each need ot find what works for us and stick with it!!
