Kylara, I hope you don't mind. I wanted to bring extra attention to your good report on the new area at Sea World. Once again, thanks for bringing us up to date with your on the scenes information. :D
So I went today to check out the new waterfront area at Sea World. It is a nice area, but really nothing to have a "special" opening for. It has two cafeteria styles resturants:
The Voyagers Wood Fired Pizza which serves Pizza (what it is with Anheiser Busch and serving their Pizza meals with French Fries), pasta dishes, sandwiches and salads.
Seafire Inn which serves steakburgers, Sandwiches and salads.
And a number of stores including a candy store. They have also put in a bar in the area of the sky tower and made that area a little seating area for the bar. They haven't opened the sky tower again yet, but the new queue area for that looks nice.
There is also another theatre (Seaport Theatre) that has a pet show called Pets Ahoy that I didn't see. Although the people coming out of it seemed to enjoy it. According to the park map it is "25 minutes of action and comedy" using cats, dogs, birds and a pig...many of the animals rescued from pet shelters.
I also noticed a coffee bar that also sells baked goods and a frozen yogurt stand.
I can see why the area is not a seperate cover as it is nothing like DD or City Walk. It is shopping and eating area, just a little more concentrated than the other areas of Sea World.
