Matterhorn

The Last time I was in DL (November) the Matterhorn was being refurbished. Does anyone know if it is running. I didn't see it on the list of refurbishments. I am hoping it is up as both my sons love that ride. TIA.

Hi KelliJ,

I've been checking for refurb lists all over the net as we're planning to visit DL soon too, and haven't seen one that lists the Matterhorn as under refurbisment on any of the sites I've found info.

With Space Mountain down, I'm counting on the Matterhorn as Nate is very excited about being 'big' enough for roller coasters now. If I see anything different in my wanderings I'll post.

Looks like we are all good on Matterhorn refurbs. I am so excited to try this ride as it has been closed for refurb all 3 times I have been there in the past. This seems like a pretty reliable place to check for rehabs: http://www.riderefurbs.com/

I rode the Matterhorn yesterday. I recomend this as a first ride in the morning as the lines get really long later in the day. And as of yet this is not a fast pass attraction.

Great news and Great advice. Both my sons will be happy. Ryan has ridden this many times, then they changed the height. Now he is back where he can ride it. Boy it's tough being 5 at times. :wink:
