Last night I went to update my signature and kept getting an error that my image was too large. I had to keep cropping and shrinking it down until I ended up being the puny size you see below.
When I go to upload or link to a new signature graphic I see this message.
Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 500 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller)
I'm good with the 500x100, but 19.5kb is awfully small. Has there been a recent change to signature size?

You must be using the site signature graphic feature that comes with vBulletin. That one (used by few!) is pretty strict about signature sizes for images. And has never been changed from the default.
If you want a decent sized image then I would suggest putting it in the photo gallery and then just linking it in your signature settings. the photo gallery will even tell you the BB code to use for the linking.

Ah...I guess I used to just link to it as an off site picture, rather than try to upload it.
This is what happens when you just to update your signature at 3am.

Yeah! My other graphic was being a bit temperamental but this one is working fine now.
Thanks Dave!

Looks good, Robin. I was feeling bad your siggie was restricted. I thought it must be because mine takes up a whole half page. :yikes: No room for anyone else.
