WOW!!!!! Those pictures are fabulous. I never thought I'd be interested in anything like that but now I must reconsider. How do you think it would be on a cold January day? LOL

They keep the water heated (88 fresh water, and 78 salt water) and they have wet suits available so if it's in the 70's or higher, I would go. Of course, you might want to wait to book until there's some kind of forecast to check; >)

Discovery Cove is fantastic. Although pricey, well worth the money as only 1000 people are allowed in per day. My Dh's company has had a couple parties here, and both times the food was fabulous as well!
