OK, the site will need abbreviations so that everyone knows what the heck were talking about!
So, reply with your best ones, and I'll starting putting together a list soon.
Both Disney/non-Disney are good. I'll separate the standard ones from Disneyfied ones.
Thanks!
Francine

Holy Guacamole! What a list, Francine. I can't believe that I've learned most of those in about one years time. :? Thanks!

Wow, Francine, that is great!
I would add some Internet Speak abbreviations to that list. Until a week or so ago, I had no idea what these meant.
ITA - I totally agree.
IIRC - If I recall correctly
GTMA - Great minds think alike.
Then there's IMHO, in my humble opinion, and I spotted another, ETA, still don't know that one.

Moley, I'm pretty sure ETA means Edited To Add.
I only recently learned those non Disney ones too. I'm becoming such a geek.
Francine

Moley, I have wondered for the longest time what IIRC meant! Now I know.

WOW what a list. Seems to include about all of them.
All DI road signs have been changed to Sarasota Springs, and the spa even answers the phone that way now. Should probably make SS defined as Sarasota Springs and SSV as SS Villas.

Wow Francine! Thanks!!!
And Moley, I don't think I knew ANY of those! :)
What is HTH? I think I knew it once, but have forgotten...
This is great everyone! Now I have to work on that abbr. page.

Ha ha ha! In some ways I'm a bigger geek than I thought. HTH = Hope That Helps.
Looks like you've got a great start for an abbreviations list.

I've been wondering about that IIRC one too. Kept meaning to ask, and now that I know it, I'm sure to soon forget it. Oh well.
What about Grand Kids - I think they do DGD & DGS.

Wow, it's only been a year for me too and I would have done quite well on that test. Well, I knew most of the internet ones, but ETA eluded me. I don't like acronyms that are already "taken".
One that threw me for a long time was "TTFN". I just couldn't come up with something that made sense. :?
THen of course there's "IYKWIMAITYD" which is getting just a little carried away, IMHO (LOL). In case you you need to know, it is "If You Know What I Mean And I Think You Do"
Oh yeah, and YMMV.

I love abbrv.! I love seeing posts like this:
I have to activate my APs when I get in, because my DH made PS at CRT for 8AM, and GS at MK doesn't open till 9, so can I activate the AP at DD? The CM from CRO said they can't do it at CSR...
Confused? I M R U ?
