Good Morning, All!

Wishing you a fun filled holiday weekend!

Today's quote:
"When you get into a tight place, and everything goes against you until it seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time when the tide will turn." Harriet Beecher Stowe

Today's goals
Core Exercises (done, for the first time since LAST Friday :-(

Drink water (really hard, since the ladies rooms nearest my office are closed for renovation for 3 MONTHS, so I really have to plan ahead for a long walk)

Eat Healthy (I made a great dried bean veggie dish for dinner last night and then spoiled it with 2 fruit bars before bedtime.)

Prepare page kits for tomorrow night's Scrapbook crop (my big outting for the weekend)

Go for a walk (didn't do it last night)

Happy Day All! (And happy weekend, if you're away) Let's ROCK!

Great morning Healthinators! I'm in a rush again!!!

Ursulinda- Sounds like you have a fun weekend planned. I know exactly what you mean about drinking water and the ladies room.

Today I will

Drink only water

Eat healthy

Walk Away the Pounds

I'm going to Niagara Falls this weekend but I will be taking my laptop. I'll be checking in even though I'll probably be BAD this weekend. I'm going to meet Sheryl! I met her a year ago and she is a doll. I don't think I'll tell you where we are meeting (KK!!!!). LOL It's the only place we know how to get to, go figure.

Have a safe and successful weekend everyone. We have a very moving tribute to our fallen heroes at our school this morning, I'll remember tissues.

I have a long, fun weekend ahead of me. It'll take some willpower to stay away from all the snacks everywhere and concentrate on healthy food.

I need to make a special effort to fit in my daily exercise (which, BTW, I have been successful with so far this week).

Here's wishing a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend to all of you!

See what happens when I start a days posts- someone posts at the same time!! Just weighed in at Curves and I'm down 8 lbs from where I was 2 weeks ago! (Now if I can just keep my eating in control) the exercise will take care of itself with running at least 3-4 times a week and Curves! Have a great day everyone!

Bookwood, You are doing great!!!! I have no goals this weekend other than to do nothing really, really stupid and to finish my trip report.

I will have three extra kids this weekend. My friend has 11 kids and her husband has just arrived home after being in the hospital from a serious motorcycle accident. I'm glad I can only fit three in my car! Elayna will love it though-we will stay busy with trips to the park, McDonald's, etc.

Monday starts induction for me AND Tuesday I am joining Curves. Have a good weekend everyone!

I'm here. Not doing really bad, but also not being that careful. It seems like every day this past week I had 10 places to be and do. I'm just so tired, and still have so much to do yet today.

Busy plans for this weekend. Terry and Keith leave early tomorrow morning to go to the Indy 500. Next year, I just may tag along with him just to go visit Pam. So, since the men will be away, Sandy(my sister),Haley, and Dylan are coming to spend the day/night with us. The kids are so excited about this.

Then on Monday, I'm meeting with Pixie and her family and I can't wait! Abd yes, it will be at KK. Even though we only live 30 minutes from the falls, we are not really that familiar with everything there. I guess we take it for granite that they are a world wonder. Weather wise, it looks like it will be a beautiful weekend here.

Goal wise, I'm not doing great ( not drinking enough water, have not walked in a long time and not keeping track of things), but yet I'm not going overboard in the other direction either (watching what I eat, not overeating, and am keeping very active...almost to busy  )

Oh and I did get a bathing suit...one of the two peices (NO not a Bikini   ) but it worked out much better since I need a different size for the top than the bottom.

Have a wonderful weekend, stay safe, and enjoy! :circle:

I'm heading out for the weekend. It's my 30th birthday on the 30th. Goals this weekend are to stay on track. I'm down 14 pounds since Easter. I've got another 24 to go. I want it gone by my 10th anniversary on August 13.

See you guys Monday or Tuesday!
