I feel great this morning. I hope everyone is doing well.
Todays' Goals:
Drink 64 oz of water - did great yesterday - 96 oz
Eat healthy on SBD - did OK yesterday

Good Morning, Healthinators! I accomplished all my goals yesterday... except eating the right stuff. LoL. I mostly did... until a bunch of my friends and I went to Pizza Hut. But I will do better today! Hope everyone has a wonderful day! Stick to the goals and we all can do it! :theWave:
Goals for Today
(1.) Drink at least 80 oz water
(2.) Seriously eat what I'm supposed to
(3.) Exercise
(4.) Get some laundry washed
(5.) Smile :)

Time to start moving those muscles!!!
It's almost noon here and this is the first chance I had to get online. Still not getting enough sleep although last night I fell asleep about 11:30/midnight and was in a deep sleep until those horrible lightning and thunder storms came through. The lightning never stopped. I felt like I was sleeping in Time Square with the blinking signs in my eyes all night.
Finally got up at 4:30 and had breakfast.
Doing last minute packing now for trip to wedding in NY. I'm packing everything I own this time in case of extreme heat, extreme cold, snow/sleet/hail. whatever. :roll: :roll:
Have the wedding envelope and gift and outfits and gifts for each person putting us up for the night or feeding us. Think we're set. Not bringing all the snacks we usually do - maybe water, some juice, some fruit and maybe pretzels. Need food for DH for his diabetes and need to have something light to keep my stomach from getting too empty with hiatal hernia. If I have a food craving, I'll go through someone's refrigerator or go to the restaurant at the hotel while there.
Will be on one more time tonight to check posts. Wish I knew how to get rid of all that junk posting that I have to delete when I get back on. I don't like sending out an "away from computer" message as it will return it to some email addresses I don't want to send a return message to. Might check from my brother's house or friends house and delete it each day.
Have a FANTASTIC MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND and be safe out there. Don't get too much sun, watch the drinking, don't eat too much but HAVE FUN!!!!!! :? :wink: :D

Left the house for work this morning at 7:30 and just got home! :shock: After a quick dinner, I'll be heading out again to go bathing suit shopping with my sister. I love my hubby dearly, but he is never honest with me when I need to purchase clothes. No matter how horrible I look, he always tells me I look great. Sandy will be honest with me and I'm hoping to find a suit that does not make me look like Shamu. :?
Hope to have more time this weekend to check in and catch up. Alos hope everyone is doing well! :circle:

Good Evening Healthinators!
It was one of those days here and still is for that matter! I had a job at a school out of town to sub for 1st grade (only 12 kids in the class and they were just a little on the wild side- yes I realize there's only 6 more days of school but wow!!) I have t leave in 15 minutes to pick Bethany up form her last Drivers Ed classroom class (she'll have to drive when she gets home from camp - she's scheduled for August 16, 17 and 18 right now then only 1 month and a drivers license ). At 9 I have to pick Mike up from the airport he was at Ft Monmoth in New Jersey for the last couple of days!
Goals:
Eat smart- did it
Water - pretty good- but not great
Curves- done
No snacks- so far so good
Work- did it (and have a half day for Friday too)
HOpe everyone has a nice Memorial Day weekend- looks like Claire is on the road again!! Have a safe trip toots!!

THUMP!
Did you hear that? That was my falling off the wagon today. . .
It started so well. Had a slimfast for breakfast. Had a salad (just lettuce, cucumbers, and fat free dressing) for lunch. Then, one of our sales guys brought a box of Sees chocolate. He lives near the factory and always brings in a box when he flies in. I had 2 pieces. YUM.
So, that's not so bad. Well, I went to dinner with a couple of girl friends to celebrate my birthday. It wasn't so bad, but I could have been much better. The three of us shared spinach cheese dip with chips. I haven't had cheese dip in many months. YUM. Then, I had a healthy salad (but I didn't turn down the croissant that came with it). Finally, the three of us shared a chocolate dessert (but we only ate half of it). Came home and exercised at least. I'll be better tomorrow.
I guess I shouldn't beat myself up too much, this is the first time I've fallen in 7 weeks (and 14 pounds). Tomorrow is another day.
