Where ya staying list!! Mousefest!

OK, since there are fifty other lists, I figured I would add another. I just booked my room for mousefest. I am staying at the WLV Sat. Dec 11th to the 13th.

I figure some people are still deciding where to stay. Maybe this list will help them decide. I am sure that now everyone knows where I'm staying, the WL will be selling out of rooms FAST, so you better hurry if ya wanna stay with ME :mrgreen:

Seriously though, it would be great to get as many people at one hotel as possible. I know Tag is at the BCV(he doesnt like me :cry: ), but who else has already booked??

Currently booked at the Wilderness Lodge in Thomaston Ga...:( but darn it, y'all keep it up and I'll have to make a quick trip to WDW to my home away from home

Yup, BCV for me this year. Did VWL last year, and wanted to be in the Epcot area this time. That's great that you got it Dennis - I was on a waitlist for over 4 months last year trying to get a Friday night in a studio there during Mousefest! :shock: You'll love it - that place is awesome during the holidays! :santaWave:

Since they have started a new cr@p policy at work where we cannot request vacation time more than 90 days in advance I am hesitant to book a room so early in the event my vacation request is not accepted. I'll most likely be staying at Pop Century, BUT I am seriously considering getting an AP again so I can use it for Mousefest 2004 andMousfest 2005. (Not to mention any other "Oh my god I will simply DIE if I don't commune with the Mouse " trips that may pop up during the year.)If there are good AP rates out when I do book I have always wanted to give Port Orleans a try so this my just be the trip. :D If I get a visit from :tink: the money fairy I may just be at the Poly. :clap:

We are going to be at Pop Century from 12/5 - 12/10, and WL from 12/10-12/12. I called today and got holds placed on the rooms for our Aug and Dec trips and the paperwork should be on its way :D Woohoo!

Now... I really need some codes to come out :? AAA was a great deal for PC both dates, but not so great for WL. Come on codes...

I'll be at Shades of Green this year. We were fortunate enough to get to stay at the Contemporary the past two years thru SoG, but I'm looking forward to seeing the newly renovated resort. :D

SoG for me, too. It's been booked for a couple of weeks---those ressies go fast even with the extra 300 rooms they added! I'm pretty excited to try out the 'real' SoG but I am also kind of feeling a little sad. I was so fortunate...during the SoG rehab I got the opportunity to stay at the CR 4 times. The CR sort of feels like 'home' now :oops: .

We are at POFQ for our first 5 nights, that's where we'll be for MouseFest. We then move to WL for our last 5 nights. I'm getting excited already, we drop under the 200 day mark this weekend :minnie:

Even though I haven't paid off my Visa card from last year's trip to Mousefest! Me thinks we will have to go back to CS in 2005 maybe the Fall so I can make good use of our AP's (first time we bought them!).

I don't have any hopes of getting an AP rate as I thought I would last year and that didn't happen.

We'll be at WL from 12/5 to 12/13 (my thoughts were to make the stay longer then last year in the hopes of getting an AP rate but instead it will just bankrupt us even sooner).

MVMCP on the 9th (Thursday) with dinner at LTT before.

When are you all going to see Illunimations and what happened to those boats you were reserving together? Never heard if there was room for two more on any of them???????????

Since I have seen many cool people at other hotels like Jimbolini at POFQ, then not all the cool people are at WL, although the quality of people there is certainly indisputable.

Yep, I'll finally get to meet you, Den. Remember it is always wise to be kind to old ladies and let them have the front row on every coaster! :mrgreen:
