It's a beautiful day but I ache all over from yesterday's projects. I need to get my butt in gear and start moving.

Todays Goals:

Drink 64 oz of water.
Eat healthy on SBD

Maybe a shopping trip is in my future.

Goals for me today aren't much different from yesterday -- eat healthy, exercise, spend some time with the kids. Also need to do some housework.

More importantly, I need to enjoy the day off. Tomorrow is going to be hectic!

:tink: Gosh, I'm really late checking in. :oops: I had to spend about an hour loading my ears w/hydrogen peroxide this morning & irrigating w/no improvement. :(

Just got my first glass of water, have my cream of wheat to eat. That gets me off to a good start for the day.

Goals:

Water :D

Eat smart :D

Unpack another couple of containers :D

Take a drive w/DH through Bel Air. It's supposed to be a really nice residential area, but I'll guess that it has high fences & shrubbery so you cannot see anything.

It's another nice :sun: day today and we love 8) the weather here. Our dogs seem to like it too. I've never seen them so happy. I think that since all three are considered elderly in the canine world, that the warmer weather is better on their joints. They love it. :D

I'm here and I'm really pumped up. We just did the 3 mile walk for JDF and it was awesome. We ahd so much support from family and friends and already think we raised well over $2000, but Sandy will get a final count later this week.

I feel great, in fact so much, I'm heading out to clean the garage right now, may even walk again tonight.

It is great to be back. The crowds were more than we expected, but we had a great time.

Checking in late, but able to report 2 days of good eating. We had a great time at WDW despite the fact that I caught a horrible cold which ended up with my asthma flairing up, and of course I did not take any of my medication. I ened up fighting for every breath until we got home. Probably should have gone to an urgent care center, but well, that is behind me now.

Can't wait until I am feeling better so that I can start the excercise program with Ali. We are both excited and enthused. Can't wait to see the changes in out bodies!!

We will be regulars again. YAY!!

Here I am, checking in way late as usual. It has been a productive day for both Bernard and I. We've eaten well, kept the snacking wayyy down for a weekend! I've been exercising my brain cells and finishing up all the work I needed to do to feel good about taking the leave of absense from my employer. Tomorrow I'll meet with some of the folks from work and then I'll be guilt free until I heal up! That's really going to provide me the time and energy to get into exercising!

Big week ahead! Charge!

Alikat & cshore great to see you guys again. Geez, cshore, you know better than to let an asthma flair go! :shock: Glad you girls are back.

Well, never got to Bel Air today. We ended out in Beverly Hills at an outdoor art show. I got my pic taken w/two police officers from the Beverly Hills Police Dept @ the cormer of Rodeo Drive and Santa Monica Blvd, which I'll post at my site on webshots once I get them developed. Still cannot find my digital camera. :? Bought one of those disposable ones that you can order the CD with the pix.

Great day today. 8) I did get sunburned :oops: and didn't remember my sunblock until after I got burned. Really bad for me. History of skin cancer on my face. :shock: Doh! I was glad I had it in the car to put on when I remembered though. DH just returned home from getting his hot fudge sundae for tonight. :roll: Oh well....some of us are lucky.
