:tink: I just returned about 15 minutes ago from going to Curves. It's only 2.1 miles, approx. 5 minutes from my home. I forgot that they close from 1PM-3PM    which IMO is absolutlely ridiculous. :hppmad: :hppmad: :hppmad: When I joined them for last December, right before I got sick, I bought the deal where they take it automatically out of your account for $10 less a month, but you can go to other Curves all over the country. Well, I bought into that because I had planned to go on my lunch break from work...then I find out when I go at lunch time that they're closed during lunch. :hppmad: :hppmad: :hppmad: I felt totally taken by them. They don't tell you that when you're signing up, and I think that's very misleading. So, I initially ended out going right before work in December until I got sick. This is my first visit back in 6 months & I was soooo PO'd when the door was locked & there's the horrible hours posted. They have alot of nerve taking so much$$$$$ :hppmad: :hppmad: :hppmad: every month & not being open for two hours in the middle of every single day! I will not be renewing, which I already knew, but if there was ever any doubt, adios NO amigos.
Anyhoo, I'm locked into them until December & I'll be writing the required letter to cancel when it's time. That's another thing, you have to cancel in writing 30 days prior to when your due to renew or they renew automatically. Isn't that so courteous of them? I may not even return, leaves such a bad taste in my mouth. Regular walking is starting to sound really good to me.
So, anyone considering them, you cannot go on your regular lunch break. If your lunch break is at supper time, you can. No lunch time with them. :tink:
