WOOHOO!!!! Thank God it's Friday. Too bad I will be working this weekend, but at least the phone's won't be ringing off the hook.

I made 3 days in a row on induction. I am actually now able to fit in those clothes that were just a tad too small.

Goals:

1. Stay on induction.
2. Drink water (64 oz). It's getting easier!
3. Exercise-clean house tonight and when parking, park at least 6 cars away from the nearest car.

That's it for me. Have a great day everyone!

Good morning everybody. I had to get up and turn down the AC this morming at 4 am. It was humid I couldn't hardly breathe! Anyway, goals for today:

1. Curves - Naomi is getting a free week with me, to see if she'll stick with it. She could reach all the equipment except for the bicep/tricep machine. She was sweating like a pig when were done. ROFLOL! She said it was hard, but it was fun. We'll see if it is just a novelty or she really wants to exercise.

2. Eat healthy

3. Clean house again! I'm so sick of cleaning house, I could spit! :hppmad: It's a daily job!

Anyhooo.... let's do it! :circle:

Morning BABES!!!!

Sun is out and we're out the door to the gym (finally!). Worked on garden some more yesterday and got one new feeder. Just need a few annuals and we're set. Want to paint the cement patio for now as next summer we'll try to lay some decking over it and extend it over a few feet.

Birds are singing, bulldozers are humming and dirts flying from all the houses going up around us.

Have a GREAT day!

Hey Healthinators, we're doing it! I've lost 8 pounds since I've started being a "regular" here!!!!!

Today I will:
Write about exercise for the Doc (I just didn't get to it yesterday :( )
Keep up what's working: exercise (15 min of dance today?), eating less than I burn (record, record, record, those meals), lots of water, and an attitude of gratitude!

Hugs for all!

Good Afternoon!

I just couldn't make it in this morning. The baby wanted some extra attention, he comes first, so I spent my morning feeding, changing and feeding him.

Go Esmerelda and Miss B., job well done. :theWave:

Todays Goals:
Drink 64 oz of water - made it yesterday but I'm behind today. I hope I can force it this afternoon.
Eat healthy on SBD - no snacking. Did alright yesterday except for some Wheat Thins.

Have magical day!

:tink: Morning Healthinators! Well, barely morning  Didnt' wake up fully until 10 AM, had/have had a migraine all night & couldn't remember that I had the over the counter Excedrin/Migraine which I took as soon as I awoke. Hope it gets better.

Congrats to Esmerelda! You go girlfriend! Already making those clothes fit better. Good for you.

I've got a dilema on my hands & it's DH eating habits. He eats constantly. He's like a garbage disposal! He doesn't gain any weight. I decided when we went shopping yesterday that I had to get better control over the amount that I'm eating. I'm eating ok, but more often. It's still extra calories that I'm not working off. So, for breakfast I ate Cream of Wheat, one serving, hoping it will stick to my bones and I won't go for even the fruit when he's eating :burger: and eating :eat: and eating  He just needs alot of food I guess. I'm sure all of us wish we were in his boat.

I've also decided to search the area & find the local Curves. There're actually two of them. We're having a little trouble w/the roads around here where they end & begin in some other area. Like our street we live on has another street around a mile from here. We're really confused on the local roads. We do good on the highways, but the local roads can be confusing. I do use Mapquest for everything. The grocery store we go to is actually, according to an employee in one of the next towns but according to their circular & my Mapquest it's in our city. :confused2: Everything here runs into the next area. It looks HUGE on the map to me, LA, but it's not that many miles really. Malibu took 40 minutes to get right on the ocean the other day, but looks much farther on the map.

So, I've turned over a new eating leaf today. Although when we're walking out of the grocery store yesterday, he says, "look what I got for you." It's Lays potato chips!!!!! :egg:    Does he not get it? Geesh Louise, he's seen what they've done to me in the past. That will be a major hurdle to avoid. I love those.

Goals for today: :D

Get all my water in, already have 32 ounces in, never seems to be a problem. :D

Really eat smart! :D Keep my eye on the ball & goals. My clothes aren't any tighter, but we know that could show up next week.

:D Get to Curves today. :treadmill:

MissBianca, congrats on all of your stides you're making. Keep going. We're routing for you! :theWave:

LGC, do you think that maybe you DD likes hanging out w/Mom? That's a very good thing to share together. Enjoy! :D

Have a nice day all & a nice weekend to those we won't see until Monday. :D :tink:

Good afternoon everyone! :theWave:

I was here this morning but was unable to post.

Well, I lost the battle with the air conditioner last night, but it was very pleasant to come home this afternoon (after being in extreme heat at work) to the cool air. 8)

I am, feeling better, but still don't have all my energy back. Also don't have much of an appetite yet which is fine with me, however I've not lost any weight.

You gals are all doing great!

Esmerelda and Miss B, I'm impressed..you girls ROCK!

Bookwood and Claire, I'm getting so excited that our meet is coming up soon.

Dr Dolphin, Alicia, and Ursulinda, I wish I was more like you girls in staying so good with the excercise.

Cheri, I think it is wonderful that you and Naomi are doing Curves together. How I wish you were closer and I'd join you.

Tinkerbell, Stay strong girl! Don't let your hubby tempt you too much.

TwirlerGril, I want you to be my MIL...PLEASE! You are so good to babysit your grandchildren so much. Your DIL is lucky to have you!

Well busy weekend here, with the Juvenile Diabetes walk on Sunday and our team name is "Parkers Platoon" in honor of my dear sweet nephew Dylan. Keep your finger crossed I'm feeling up to it by then.

Gotta go drink more water now, but hope you all have a wonderful evening! :circle:

Haven't read everybody's posts yet. I know if I don't post now, I probably won't. It's almost 8 and I just got home from work. WHEW, what a day. One thing about being slammed, though -- hard to snack :-)

DH has to go out of town for the weekend, so I'm alone with the girls. May take them in to work tomorrow with me to get some stuff done. I'm not sure yet.

DH is so wonderful -- he mowed the lawn and did all the dishes before I got home so I wouldn't have to worry about it this weekend. I'm going to miss him. . .

Goals for today -- Ride my cycle and crash for the night.

This weekend, I want to do some things special with the kids. Eat healthy. Exercise. Maybe work some. It will be good.

Hope everyone else has wonderful things planned this weekend.

Amy
