Morning Babes:
It's about 5:15 a.m. and I'm up with the hogs. Didn't feel sleepy anymore so I crept downstairs to use the computer while DH is in dreamland.
Goals:
Find the bench for the bird Island
Iron   :nahnah:
Buy paint for cement patio out back (want to add decking over it next year and need to make it look a little neater for now)
Walk
Buy milk (found out milk was sour when I poured it in my cereal this morning)
Chill out the rest of the day
All okay here. Had a bad day yesterday and was a little "off" (my DH says it's hard to tell)
Felt better when I got up today. Just have to pace myself or I get totally wiped out but I'm not one who can sit and do nothing - it's not in my genes!!!
Hope all you lovely ladies have a fantastic day today. SMILE!!!

Good morning Cinderella and the rest of the Healthinators! Thanks for getting us started this morning.
Well, I didn't eat well yesterday, and I have been paying for it all night. I woke up with such an upset stomach this morning so I hope I can get rid of it before work at 9:00. I did get some of my goals completed yesterday, including getting to Target to pick up some supplies. I still have much more to do, but it was a step in the right direction.
Goals for today:
1. Water (this is very hard to do at this job)
2. HEALTHY eating.
3. Fax room assigner at lunch.
4. Type up lesson plans and get supplies together for next week's lessons.
Hope you all have a great day!! :D

Hey Claire, if you run out of ironing, I've got some I'll send your way! :winking:
Bookwood, our Curves isn't running any kind of specials, I wonder why? But, Naomi is going to try it out today to see if she is tall enough to do the machines. She's only like 6 inches shorter than me and she's 8! She's been begging me to do Curves. If she can, I'll only have to pay $40 registration for her and then another $10 a month. That's not too bad. We'll see how it goes.
Everybody, you all are doing great!!!
Goals for today:
1. Curves
2. water
3. be aware of what I'm eating
Slow and steady wins the race!! http://www.feebleminds-gifs.com/toon-snail.gif

Cinderella, I sure wish I had your genes. I think I have the lay around the house genes and have to battle daily not to give in to them!
JennyAnne, so what are your views about the job after a week? Still enjoying it? How many kids do you have in your class? I ate and drank well yesterday, but didn't get any of my "chores" done.
LGC, that is interesting about Curves! So they don't have an age limit? I wonder if I could get my daughter interested in it. She is 8 too. She is 4 foot 9 inches tall. Is Naomi that tall? It would be cool if they could meet sometime-Elayna just doesn't undertand why all the other eight year olds are so short and small. One day she told me "They must not eat their vegetables" She has very good self concept about her size, but I am concerned about her health issues with her weight more than her height. Her pediatrician said last month that I could expect her to be around the six foot range as an adult. Let me know what you find out-I want to start the first of June.
My goals:
1. Eat sensibly-day 2 of induction.
2. Drink at least 64 oz. of water.
3. Do 10 minutes of exercise no matter how minor and think of MissB. We CAN do this together(ok, I realize you have passed me already, but I'm going to catch up soon).
4. Work very hard at the office today so I can have at least one day off this weekend.

Still feeling really crummy here. I was feeling pretty good last night, but coughed all night long and tehn felt worse this morning. Figures  it is gorgeous outside and I could be getting a ton of things done.
Todays goals
drink some water
try to eat
rest this morning but then try to accomplish something this afternoon
Hope you all have a great day! :circle:

Good morning ladies!!
I made it to the gym this morning (albeit 3 minutes late) -- I woke up at 6 with the alarm clock and proceeded to go back to sleep till 6:45!!! That is when I am supposed to leave - luckily all the workout clothes were laid out already and the gym bag was packed. I spend an hour with Mike the trainer, and have another hour scheduled tomorrow am at 7 since I have to drive to Naples, FL tomorrow afternoon for a meeting on Friday -- I am CONSIDERING a stop at WDW for a quick snack - since I-4 goes right pact there..... Just can't stay too long since I will have anther 2.5+ hours of driving before I get there.
I DID NOT make it to the gym last night as planned. I was way sore and way stiff from Monday's workout. I can still sort of feel it today - but nothing like yesterday. I did great eatting yesterday until dinner when I felt the need for chinese.... I had an eggroll and the house special fried rice - I ate WAY too much and it showed on the scale this morning..... Bad Terri Bad Terri.
Goals for today:
1) Stay within 1500 calories
2) Pack for trip to Naples
3) Renew books on tape at library.

Good Morning All!
Well I have a crying baby on my lap so this will be short. I think he's sleepy so maybe a little rocking will sooth him.
Lost all the weight I gained last week. Working hard on the water thing. It does make a difference in appetite(sp?) control for me.
Todays Goals:
Drink 64 oz of water
Eat healthy on SBD
Enjoyed "CATS" last night and the dinner was great. Although I eat mostly veggies and only one thin slice of roast beef.
Enjoyed some fresh fruit and shebert for dessert.
Have a magical day!

:tink: Morning Healthinators! Well, almost afternoon. I was horrible yesterday! DH brought me to Malibu, CA yesterday & I felt the same awe that I felt when I first went to WDW in 2000. I LOVED it! I'm Malibu Katie now 8) ...DH insisted that I have Maine lobster for my first meal in Malibu ever! So, I ate a two pound lobster & it was soooooooo good! Haven't had Maine lobster in almost 2 years. The butter didn't sit well with me later though. It was dee-lish and eating it looking upon Malibu Beach was heaven on earth. 8) It was a gorgeous :sun: day again...I don't think there are any others, except maybe when they have earthquakes. I've never felt one, so I know I will freak out when I do. I did get all my water in yesterday & the lobster was almost all I did eat yesterday. It was sooooo filling.
Todays goals :D
:D Drink my water. :D
:D Eat smart, really I mean it today... :confused2:
:D Follow-up on resumes sent out. Have to get a job. I have found that when things are listed for LA, it could be right around the corner or up to 39 miles away! HUGE difference. The highways are like a parking lot from around 3:30PM-7PM-ish. Really busy. If you can avoid the highways you should. We'll see, still gotta work.
:waving: Have a nice day everyone. :tink:
Once again I'm late! I'm beginning to sound like the mad hatter!
Trouble logging on to the internet! Thought I could do my post while I cooled off after my work out but that was not the case!
Am still having trouble with emoticons so bear with me.
Another great work out, 40 minutes and 4 miles on the eliptical. Now that the nice weather is here and I can't fit into all of my clothes I have alot of incentive! Although I did manage to get a candy bar in my tummy HEY how did that get there? Been drinking my water!!!!!
Looks like everyone is doing well and doing their best to stay on track.
Wishing everyone a great day and I will try again tomorrow morning to log on before the sun goes down!!!!!
Have a great afternoon and evening everyone!

SW+7, I make you look good! I can't be up with the early birds on the east coast...but I'd like to be earlier too.
I'm doing great today--had a fine appointment and came home with a BUNCH OF FORMS to fill out. Has anyone else noticed this is a theme? I've eaten well, not had any sweets for 2 days now. Drinking enough water to have to get up 3x per night :( so maybe I should accelerate in the AM and do less in the PM. Ramping up slowly in the exercise department. Oh, I bought a new swimsuit so I can do water aerobics! Cute and I can wear it to WDW too! (http://www.landsend.com/cd/fp/prod/0,,1_2_1930_32713_95099_73546_5:view=-1,00.html?CM_MERCH=PAGE_32708&sid=0833050104724118140) Oh, wait, I'll be too small for it by then, shucks, too bad! ;)
See you tomorrow--I have yet another appointment coming up!

Don't sweat it SW+7, I'm even later :-)
Today was ok. Long day at work. Had a lunch meeting with yummy foods (including desserts) and I just had some lettuce with a very small bit of fat free dressing to tide me over until I could get my Slimfast snack bar. Eating healthy hasn't been a challenge at this point. Exercising is more of a challenge for me.
Still walking most nights. I'm going to try to go in a few minutes. Looks like it might rain, though. If not walking, I'll ride my cycle.
I'm looking forward to the weekend already . . .
