So do you just love :eyelove: fastpass - use it all the time or  is it just a once in a while thing for you?

How do you make use of fastpasses in your touring plans, if you use them?

How do you make your touring plan work without fastpasses?

Inquiring minds?!?!?

I almost ALWAYS Fastpass!!! I very, very rarely ride a fastpass ride without a fastpass. Part of this is because I'm touring with a child who doesn't do well in crowded lines, but I always fastpass and don't think it messes up my touring plans at all.

When touring with another adult in addition to my child, I don't mind crisscrossing the parks at all to go get a fastpass. I seem to have more energy when on vacation!

Maybe I am spoiled, but there are not any rides in WDW that I am willing to wait more than 15 minutes for, so fastpasses are imperitive for us.

I am eager to hear other responses!

Because walking is such an issue for my husband we often will get fast pass once in a while. Mostly when I have a chance to run over to get it and we plan to be near that attraction later in the day. We tend to do the park in a circle pattern. Like Esmerelda I wont wait for any ride more than 15 minutes either.

I love the idea its just isnt always the easiest when you have medical issues. But one good thing is if we really want to ride something bad enough I will walk and get the fast pass while my husband people watches. Sometimes we get a fast pass that lists a much later time so we can make plans to return later (Like splash mountain on a hot day)

With out fast passes we just plan to get into any line with a short wait. Also we tour early in the day and late at night most of the time.

We use FastPass pretty regularly. We will get a FP for an attraction that has a long queue, and then off to do something else that doesn't have such a long wait. We agree with Esmerelda's 15 minute guide, and with a fairly judicious use of FPs, you should be pretty much on target.

We plan our "E-ticket" attractions around FastPass -- we will get a FP for a really populat ride or attraction (if there is a line) and go to other attraction until our FP time

We always use fast passes unless the ride is a walk-on, such as first thing in the morning.

Depending on how long til we can use it helps decide how to pass the time. Last Fri. we got fastpasses for Indy - 1 hour out and went to breakfast then walked on HM and winnie the pooh before heading back. Normally we stay in the general area of the park unless it is several hours out.

We have used them most of the time and found them to save us time.

Hi BetsyAnn,
We use fast pass alot. At MGM we check the stand by times for RNC and TOT and get a fast pass for the longer one and standby the shorter one. Then do the same thing for Splash/Big Thunder Mountain. One time we got fast pass for BTM rode Splash, got off splash before our fast pass time, walked onto BTM in standby line then rode it with fast pass.
We also did this with Test Track/Mission Space.

We use Fast Pass quit freqently. I have only ridden Splash once without a fast pass. It works really well for us, because my kids get antsy in the line too. One ride I REFUSE to ride without a fastpass, is Winnie the Pooh! That is the loooongest line and does not move well IMO!

Great question

We ALWAYS have a Fast Pass in hand. When we reach the window that we can get a new one, we get it BEFORE riding the first ride. That way we plan what part of the park we can be in for our touring. We see/ride a lot this way, getting our fill of the parks with four park hoppers on week-long stays. We use the non-park days for activities outside the parks (and resting). We couldn't do nearly as much without this FP strategy.

We always use fast pass. But the funnest is using my kids AP's to get extra fast passes and then pass them out. Sometimes my wife wont ride so I ride with my oldest daughter. Then we wait at the entrance and hand out the xtra fast passes to the first kids whose parents says" No, the lines to long. We'll have to come back later" Wait for the kid to be devastated and "BAM". Thats the best in the world watching some kid jumping up and down cause they get to ride something.
