At which restaurant would you want to celebrate your birthday and what would you order?

Last Summer I spent my actual birthday at blizzard beach and I can't remember eating a thing! We celebrated at Prime Time Dine -In the day before though and I had a so'more for my birthday (shared with the 2 others that had birthdays that week).

Well...considering I celebrated #35 less than 2 weeks ago at WDW, lol, I think I can tell you.
With friends, I went to Jellyrolls for the night on the Saturday before my b-day.
On my actual birthday, my sister took me to Jiko at AKL b/c that is my favorite on-property restaurant. I had the monkfish which was spectacular but it was a tough decision between that and the tenderloin.

That is a tough one. I would probably pick Gulliver's and have their Prime Rib. The service there is so special. (At least it was the one time we went there with the $50. off coupon from a guidebook. It was a very elegant meal and we both enjoyed it .

OK seeing there is no limit .. hehe
I would choose : CONCOURSE STEAKHOUSE
Start with: Caesar Salad - Crisp Romaine tossed with croutons and parmesan cheese
then for and Entree: 16 ounce T-Bone Steak with Beer Battered Onion Rings
followed by New York Cheesecake
ok ok so i did my homework and went and researched it ..lol didn't take me long cause i am a very picky eater ..

Well, that is a hard decision. I would want to go everywhere that day but I'd say I would want to try Victoria and Alberts once and get all dressed up. I don't know their menu so it would have to be decided when we were there. We'd start with a glass of champagne for the occassion and go from there. Maybe end with strawberries dipped in chocolate.
Then I would want to take one of the cruises/Illuminations etc. just the two of us with glasses of champagne on board. Maybe go back to WL for a horse drawn carriage ride around the grounds and then sit in the lobby by the fire with WL mugs of hot chocolate and go back to our room to find GODIVA chocolates on my bed along with a bouquet of flowers.
How's that?

Having JUST spent my birthday at WDW, let me tell you what I did. The original plan was for Victoria & Albert's Chef's Table. We had the PS for months. Then after I came back from Mousefest I found my job was being eliminated. I actually waited until late March to make the final decision to cancel, while I could still justify the trip I couldn't justify this meal.
In the meantime, we had made all our other PS's so we decided to try something new and had dinner at Olivia's Cafe.

Well, I would have to say Blue Bayou in Disneyland :D That is my favorite place to eat in any Disney Park. The pork roast with rootbeer reduction or the beef with reduction sauce. I would start with a Shrimp cocktail and whatever cheesecake they have for dessert.
Now at WDW - I would have three - Jiko - just love that place - the beef of course, and for dessert - that is hard - the purse thing is good as is  cheesecake. Maybe the Castle for dinner - think it would be fun never eaten there before so unsure what to order except of course - cheesecake for dinner. If a character meal was needed - I think the Garden Grill would be my pick.
I'm thinking the casle for dinner, love their steak and prime rib! (Only one at a time, but I would choose in real time ). And then a Mickey Ice Cream for dessert! What better way to spend your birthday than in the MK and dine at Cindy's!

The Castle, just because I love being there. The food is very good, the CM's are excellent and it is so "Disney" :minnie:

I wanted to try new things for my 40th back in 2002. We went to House of Blues for lunch and I had blackened fish and then we hung out at Disneyqueste until time for Cirque Solei and then I went to Bongos for dinner and I think it was some sort of chiken dish. I liked both restaurants. I tried many foods I never had before. Bongos had some sort of side dish with the entree that was so deliscious. I for the life of me cant rememebr what it was called because it was a strange name i never heard before.

Its my birthday and I'll be a gluttonous pig if I want to...
I'd start with breakfast at Kona Cafe. I have been DYING to try this Tonga Toast I read about on all the boards but if I am up early enough to want breakfast I am at a park eating it. For my birthday I suppose I could slow down and have a real sitdown brekkie.
Lunch would be the Garden Galley Salad at Columbia Harbour House. This is one of my favorite meals in WDW and it light enough that I can knock back a frozen swirl from the Aloha Aisle in the afternoon without being too stuffed for dinner.
Dinner would be LeCellier. I just ate here for the first time two and a half weeks ago and was simply knocked off my feet. When I was there they had a surf and turf special and that was bar none the best lobster I have ever tasted in my life. YUMMY! I would have that and the Maple Creme Brulee for dessert. Maybe 2 creme brulees.
Before bed I'd probably still be able to force down a giant rice krispy treat from the Main Street Confectionary and have sweet dreams all night long.

Stinkerbelle,
I'm so glad you liked LeCellier. If I'm remembering correctly, our waitress told us the lobster comes from Nova Scotia. My husband still raves about how delicious it was.
You gotta try some tonga toast!

Can't believe I missed this post.
Last summer we went to 1900 Park Fare for my birthday dinner, and we all loved it. The food was good and the characters spent alot of time with us.
This year we will eat at Yachtsman's Steak House for my Birthday dinner.

Good question and GREAT answers!
I ate at Cindy's on the eve of my birthday.. had a lovely, fresh ceasar salad, Braised Lamb Shank, and sugar free chocolate bread pudding...
On the BIG day, we at at Cellier's for lunch... another lovely salad and the BEST vegetarian entree I think I've ever had!
Dinner was at the Brown Derby where I enjoyed a Cobb Salad and a sugar free birthday cake... YUMMMY!
